I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered a strimmer replacement head on the 28th March and was told just now by telephone, on the 1st April, it has not been sent yet. I live within 1 hour of this company and after 5 days they have not processed my order. Disgraceful.
It is now the 5th April and still no sign of my strimmer head. By the time it gets here the grass will have gone to seed.

Fantastic
I’ve ordered numerous times from the Garden Shop and always get efficient delivery, high quality products at competitive prices. I’ve ordered everything from garden tools, fencing stakes, seeds, solar lights, wire and everything in between and have never been disappointed. It’s fantastic to have a reliable one stop shop and I look forward to dealing with them for many years to come.

Brillant service.I ordered on a Saturday.Recieved an e mail at 7.10 on Monday morning to say order was being processed.It arrived first thing Tuesday morning and I hadn't used the express post option.I have used this site a couple of times and items have been top quality.

Great Efficient Customer Service
I've been using the Garden shop for years now, and they've been very reliable, great quality produce and quick service, most recently I purchased one of their polytunnels and I discovered a fault with some of the zips on the cover, no sooner had I e mailed to tell them about it I got a reply and the next day they had arranged for a replacement cover to be sent to me. No delays, no messing. Great stuff.
