I originally ordered the BBQ elsewhere that was advertised with a 5-day delivery time. After hearing nothing from them and the delivery window passing, I had to chase them myself, only to be told the BBQ i
I ordered wasn't even in stock and they were still waiting for the manufacturer to deliver it. At no point did they contact me to explain the delay, leaving me with no choice but to cancel my order just days before a BBQ event I'd already planned.

With only three working days left, I called The BBQ Shop. They answered the phone straight away, were incredibly friendly, and immediately gave me confidence they could help. They arranged delivery in just two days without any fuss and, unlike my previous experience, kept me updated throughout the entire process. Every step of the way I knew exactly where my order was, which gave me complete confidence it would arrive on time.

Thanks to The BBQ Shop, I had my BBQ with a day to spare to get it assembled and ready. They genuinely rescued my plans. Excellent customer service, fantastic communication, and a company that clearly values its customers.

Ordered apple pellets online. Saw another item after I’d paid so messaged Bbq shop to ask if this could be added to my order. I received an email confirming this would indeed be added at no additional cost.
Great personal customer service. The pellets are part of a present for my son so I can’t really feedback on those.
Received next day delivery.

I had an issue with a Gozney Dome oven and Michael & his team were fantastic throughout the process. They dealt with the situation professionally, kept me informed at every stage, and ensured a replacement Gozney Dome was delivered promptly.

I ordered a gas heater late on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. I was amazed by how quickly they had my order processed, dispatched and then delivered. Just after I placed my order I thought of a question I wanted to ask and emailed it across, the reply was really quick and friendly answering my question.

I recently purchased a smoker from The BBQ Shop and, although the delivery company initially had some issues, The BBQ Shop’s response was absolutely outstanding.

As soon as Michael was made aware of the situation, he took full ownership and went above and beyond to sort everything out. His communication was clear, prompt and genuinely caring throughout – I always knew what was happening and felt well looked after.

I appreciate that things occasionally go wrong with deliveries, but how a company handles it makes all the difference. The BBQ Shop (and Michael in particular) turned a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

Bought a Gozney Arc XL pizza oven from the BBQ Shop. Matt could not have been more helpful, his customer service was brilliant and he arranged for it to be delivered after I got back from working offshore. It was delivered promptly and I would happily purchase from here again.

Bought a Napoleon BBQ a couple of years ago - it developed a fault. Gary at the shop was brilliant and did what was necessary to get the situation rectified urgently. Great service - which is why you should buy from places like this - things go wrong sometimes but its the reaction that counts and the reaction here was briliant. The engineer who attended (Jake) was also great and fixed the problem. Stellar

We purchased our Treager Grill though this company and I can’t fault the service. We requested a specific delivery day and this is the day it was delivered without question and when they forgot to send the UK plug I called them at 4.45 on a Friday it was immediately dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. Amazing service and a great deal. Thank you we’ll defo buy from here again in the future.

Matt and team were excellent - from sales, friendly and helpful in finalising a selection on the phone (after using the website to get it a few options) to after sales support when I had a problem with the assembly, jumped straight on it so that I could complete the assembly.

Identified the spare part l needed for my old barbecue from a photo l sent after a day trawling other sites without success. Part ordered and delivered in two days and the quality far exceeds the original. Well done Matt and the rest of the team.

I ordered a replacement part for a second hand bbq I had recently purchased. The online ordering process was painless and seamless. The price quoted was cheaper than non-genuine parts advertised on Amazon. The genuine high quality replacement part turned up the following day despite me only having paid for standard delivery. Excellent service!

Good level of service from staff in the store whilst I was browsing for a new BBQ.

Very good when I called the next day with some final questions. Ordered online, specified date and period of day for delivery and all honoured without fuss.

Delivery men were brilliant - polite and helpful and brought the package round the back again without fuss.

Overall, a very positive experience.

I bought a calor gas fire model LIFESTYLE MINI PORTABLE GAS FIRE price £109.99 from here not knowing much about them staff member Matt was extremely helpful with my lack of knowledge and helped me no end. Delivery was prompt and the fire was just as described at a reasonable price, so thank you Matt from a warm and cosy customer.
