Excellent service, ordered some replacement parts for my Napoleon bbq. Thought one of the items was incorrect to mailed them on a Saturday morning, phoned me back immediately and asked for more information (which I then worked out that the part was correct and after installing worked).

Just recently purchased my Napoleon BBQ - it arrived in a pallet well packaged. On unwrapping it I discovered a manufacturing fault on the fire pan which I photographed and contacted the BBQ shop - They handled the complaint really professionally and had the issue resolved and a new part on the way within 48hours - top marks to both the BBQ shop and Napoleon great customer service

I ordered a Napoleon PRO605 charcoal BBQ last week, online. The next day I received a courtesy call to thank me for the order and to arrange a suitable delivery date.

This is a heavy piece of kit and arrived on a pallet. Unfortunately, the carrier had managed to pierce the packaging with a forklift along the way and one of the steel panels had been dented.

I emailed photographs and was immediately called to apologise, not their problem but no quibble, they said they would replace it. Next day delivery, a replacement panel arrived.

The quality of the product is superb but the true test of a company is how they handle situations like this when something goes wrong.

Great service, great products, we will use them again.

I bought a Traeger Timberline 850 from the BBQ shop, there was an initial issue with the discount code on the site, but Matt was very quick to support and overcome the issue.

I then had a real headache connecting my grill to my network, I'm convinced that without Matt's help I would have really struggled to reach a resolution. The aftersales support I received from The BBQ Shop was everything you could want, and I would 100% look to use them again. Thanks Matt.

You’re only as good as the service you provide. unfortunately bbq shop delivery service is appalling.
Ignore preferences, send misleading information, amend time frames with no notice then fail to deliver as promised. Finally no response to complaints. For peace of mind and to avoid frustration order elsewhere.

Bought a Napoleon kettle grill. Excellent product and very prompt customer service and delivery.

Have ordered from them a couple of times. Once to kit myself out with a full Charcoal BBQ Setup, and then subsequently for extra fuel. They have a great variety of products and supplies for anyone looking to get a bit more serious. If you're ready to move on from those cheap supermarket BBQs then this is the place to be looking!

Also a shout-out to Matt. On my last order, I received the wrong bag of fuel but he very quickly addressed the matter and replaced the fuel free-of-charge. Very professional and courteous - these are good people to deal with! :)

I ordered some pellets and a pellet bin on Saturday and they were delivered Monday.
I cannot fault the service, definitely a company I'd use again.

Fantastic online service. Made an order on Easter Sunday and despite the bank holiday and Covid-19 the parts arrived by Wednesday and the BBQ is now up and running again. Very impressed .

Booked my BBQ in for a repair and service in April, with the express request that it should be ready by June 24th.

Not collected and no contact whatsoever.

This is the second BBQ we have purchased from this shop and we won't go anywhere else. The first one lasted 14 years and we used it a lot and we have only just had to replace it, so paid the shop a visit.
First of all we were met with someone who really knows their BBQ's and there are a lot in the shop to see and choose from.
Having purchased one and paid for it to be assembled, it was delivered at the time arranged and is prefect.
I can't fault this shop and Michael and will always continue to use them. They are extremely knowledgeable and listen to your requirements. They aren't there to sell you the most expensive BBQ and their after sale service is just as go - faultless (they will even deliver replacement gas to your door).
Thank you for everything and we just need some sun now........
