Ordered Grill tray over 2 weeks ago online, paid in full. Never dispatched or received. Order number ST38DE00049114 thanks. Bbq centre sent out order 9.6.26. Received, thankyou for rectifying the issue.

Superb service. Ordered a new model Napoleon kettle and communication right through the process was superb.Finished putting it together today and the cover was for an older model. Rang up and great service again, new cover being sent out today. Thank you and will defo recommend your services

Absolutely rob dogs, spend so much money and after 4 uses the built in bbq stopped working and I asked if they could fixed it point blank told me they would need to speak to the manufacturers when that’s unfair because piece spoken to them then eventually stopped taking my call or replying to me emails after spending a huge fortune never again!!

Refers to website expedience where it seemed impossible to opt out of non essential cookies. Shame as I’m sure they have nice products. You gotta make it simpler guys or you’ll be branded a dangerous site.

Ordered a barbecue on Sunday and it was delivered late Tuesday morning. It was a great price and when I had a question about building the barbecue my call was answered quickly and the team member was really helpful and knowledgeable.
