Excellent customer service.

I absolutely love ordering from Thehalalfoodshop. I generally tend to order meat and poultry. It arrives well packaged and insulated. Great care is taken when packing other items purchased (such as biscuits) to ensure that they are not crushed. The quality of the meat and poultry is high and is much better than you can get from your general retailer. They keep you informed on the status of your order, and the checkout process is seamless.

The food is delicious 😋 very reliable service and communication start to finish.

I have placed orders with halal food shop in the past. Several times. They are efficient, fast and very reliable. This past order, the delivery company delivered elsewhere and we have been unable to locate where it may have gone. Understandably this was distressing when you have spent alot of money and knowing the perishable products will not be okay even if the parcel made a magical appearance. Halal food shop have been more than accommodating. They kept the communication lines open, were very reassuring that they do everything they can to assist you, refunded me for the lost order. I will order from them again and again. I do pray for their success in the future.

Order on a regular basis, great quality.
Had misread the delivery times over Eid Period, once I explained I had a Eid dinner, they went out of their way to ensure I got my items in time.

Speedy delivery all items ordered was delivered as last order there was issues like missing items and losing out one 1 item which i clearly was assured i should receive my refund but unfortunately i never did even contacting customer support

Halal foodshop keeps you well informed. They let you know once they have received your order and if anything is out of stock are quick to inform you. From the quality of the product, the packaging and even delivery service everything runs smoothly.

Frozen food has always been packed well and delivered in good condition as promised. DPD have been reliable with deliveries. And of course i got what i ordered.

The delivery of frozen perishable items was not delivered to the door. It was left at concierge and went bad by the time I went to collect it. I would like a refund please as my items of worth £90 went to waste.

Here I would like to point out that this is not my first time getting a delivery from this service and I always get the delivery to my door so this lapse was entirely unexpected and cost me a lot. Very very upsetting.

My first order and I was hesitant to order frozen food but the items arrived chilled and well wrapped. The dates on the products were also good.

Too pricey for what we received. The dough is average , the taste is ok but can make much better at home and cheaper.

Quick delivery, one pot of curry paste was unsealed and open. Still used anyway but not happy it wasn’t sealed.
