Lovely bread. Terrible delivery

My order never arrived. I reached out to the customer support and they said was delivered. When I complained and asked for a refund, or a new shipment they stopped responding. I tried their texting line too. No response.
Lucklily I managed to get my money back via Monzo Bank.
I think the company has gone bust but are still taking peoples money. DONT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I love the product and used to buy Heart of Nature at Waitrose, but I've noticed they no longer sell it. I placed my order 2 weeks ago, and still have not received it. They require you to download an app to track the order, but I don't trust the download. I did get an email saying the order was on the way, but that was a week ago, and still no order. I've written to the company twice with no reply, and they don't appear to have a legitimate phone number (it's a messaging service). I feel like they must have gone out of business but are still taking people's money. Don't order!

As lots of others used to buy regular loafs from my local Waitrose store , then they stopped selling .
I then found a site Well Easy , great site , but then they were always out of stock , I noticed they had an exactly same loaf ( same ingredients) but different name and company, so I was using this until again always out of stock .
I then went through the main site , couldn’t use PayPal, which I always like to , to be safe , but wasn’t a choice and I really wanted my bread …
4 days later I had a email saying it was delivered, but wasn’t and I looked at Royal Mail tracking, to say it was delivered.
Nothing !!
I have emailed 5 times & no reply ..
used the watts app no they supplied, again nothing !
Very disappointing, rude scammers …
Obviously this is why Waitrose stopped using it .
SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DREADFUL COMPANY.

I absolutely love the bread and have found nothing like it elsewhere. A bonus is that I started following Zoe eating plan and this is the highest scoring bread on there. I now know to always keep it in the fridge or freezer. First I bought it in Waitrose, then on Amazon which also seems to have stopped stocking it and now I have attempted to order from the company website. But that was on the 17th June. The money has been taken, lots of emails saying thank you and offering discounts on future purchases, but no sign of the bread. I have been googling to see if the company has gone out of business but not much info out there. I have emailed them and hope for a reply. I really hope they sort themselves out because the bread is the best I’ve had.

Avoid this company! I ordered my mother in law some bread in the 9th June - no delivery no update no nothing. I emailed the company three times but absolutely no response, no email no delivery!!! Shocking behaviour and simply took the money and not bothered! Must be a scam or business gone bust and still taking the money! Thankfully PayPal have refunded me the money - still nothing from the business

Took 4 weeks to send my order, then delivered it to a box at a petrol station 3 miles away, they had confirmed hey would deliver to my house. Sent an email which the ignored, pity its nice bread, but a useless and incompetent company

My partner used to buy this bread as a treat from Waitrose and loved it but sadly they stopped stocking it, so I decided to buy a load from there website, it is quite a lot of money so it was a birthday treat. It was never sent, I had no reply to an email I sent and to make it more frustrating they have been spamming my in box almost daily and some times twice a day with time pressured offer codes to buy more! I'm so pleased I used PayPal, thanks to them I have luckily got my money back. Do not order from here!

Have ordered from this company before but this time the money has disappeared from my account but I have nothing to show for it. No responses to email or messages.

Order placed in the beginning of May 2026 and one month later not shipped.

Finally received the order placed on 2 May. Happy that I have finally got it but not pleased with the poor customer service.

Our family love Heart of Nature Bread ( toasted) and bought for years through Waitrose and twice directly. Yes, occasionally a loaf was mouldy but we put up with that! Now it is no longer stocked at Waitrose I made a 2nd order directly, several weeks ago. After 2 weeks I wondered what was happening as I'd got a message that my order was being delivered but no delivery and no further communication and my emails went unanswered. Previously when I phoned I actually spoke to someone but now you can't.
Reviews here made me think I would never get my order, but I did after 5 weeks!
I looked back at my previous direct online order and saw that also took several weeks.
I have just told my bank to reverse the dispute I'd raised so that the company can get paid.

Same experience as all the others. Great product (apart from damaged & leaky packaging occasionally). ths time around no delivery & no customer interaction. Does anyone know if this is a distribution company or do they produce the bread themselves? If they are just a distributor does anyone know who produces the bread? I paid with a credit card so expect to claim my money back that way

Placed an order with this company, they took my money and I've never received my order, have emailed them 3 times, sent live chat messages but doesn't seem to be working have left and sent messages through their Watsapp number but had no replies from anyone absolutely disgraceful they should be ashamed, if they have gone out of business then explain this to the customers and refund them

Update: the order has now been delivered but after a long delay and little customer service.

Seems like I had the same bad experience as many customers who posted their reviews. Order placed on 2 May. It’s 30 May and no sign of the order. Chased it once. Got a reply that they are waiting for stock. Since then complete silence. No response to emails, no response to FB messages. Very disappointing. Will be reporting.

Update: Bread was delivered today after one month.
I am delighted it has arrived but communication is necessary from the company to let customers know they are experiencing difficulties.

Same issue as others. Love the product but paid for order on 10 May and received nothing. No response to attempts to contact.

Still waiting since 6th May. Money taken that day. Bombarded with discount offers.
Is it a real site. I doubt it now. Maybe why Waitrose and Ocado stopped selling the bread!

Updated on 01/June: I finally received my order today, after waiting for almost 3 weeks and not hearing anything from the seller. I’m very glad for it. They should definitely improve at least their communication with the customers. I don’t mind waiting as long as I’m sure I’m going to receive it.

(Written on 22/May): I placed an order a while ago and received it quickly, so I ordered again on 9th May (order HN3359). However, until now I still haven’t received the items, and there has been no response from them. I’ve called and sent messages, but no one has replied. At this point, I’m wondering if I will ever receive the breads.

It’s such a shame because I genuinely love their products. They used to sell at Waitrose, but apparently now the only way to buy is through their website. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience — and after reading about other customers’ experiences — they don’t seem reliable at all.

Big shame. It’s the right product with the wrong administration.

Same as the other reviews. Taken my money but no product and no response. At the same time I am deluged with emails asking me to buy product at 20% off! Do not buy!
