Something is not right
Something is not right. The company is marketing and promoting like mad because a looming price rise and like may others payment has been taken order acknowledged and it has been over 4 weeks with no update.
This feels wrong. If they have a huge bag log of orders they just need to say. I have found an alternative …..

Ordered bread on April 13th but never received
Ordered bread on April 13th. Have been chasing order since. No responses to emails or chat box on their website. Suspect I’ll never get my bread or a refund. Dreadful service.

Same bad experience.
The product is good.
Ordered 10 days ago 6 package.
Since the payments haven’t heard anything from them , no update on the delivery.
I tried to contact them via phone, chat, WhatsApp and email and no answer.
I reported it as scam to my bank

If I could give less than 1 start I would
Have many allergies and can’t eat normal bread , I ordered this bread more than 1 week ago and since the payments haven’t heard anything from them , no update on the delivery
I tried to contact them via chat , WhatsApp and email and no response
The most embarrassing thing is that whoever manage the chat logged in ( I could see the last seen today) but still didn’t respond

Awful service. switch to M and S version
Subscription delayed, then didn’t arrive. Emailed to ask what has happened? No reply. The product is great but the customer experience is absolutely woeful. Marks and Spencer do their own seed bread that is comparable in style and is half the price. Highly recommend switching.

Wrong cheaper product sent, rubbish communication
Nb ‘the heart of nature’ are also trading under ‘seedful’. I received two deliveries of the heart of nature bread without problem. I love the bread so I signed up for the subscription. Unfortunately, I received 6 x seedful loaves (4slices each) rather than 6x heart of nature bread (8slices each). What I received is cheaper than what I paid for too. I contacted them through every suggested way and no response at all. I had to cancel my subscription and will not be buying anymore. It’s a shame because it’s great bread, just rubbish customer service.
