My order arrived damaged and I hadn’t heard back from anyone in 4 days. I got worried especially after seeing some of these reviews but then Louise emailed me back asking for evidence of the damage and then she got my order sent out again and was so nice. I would definitely recommend this website now to all of my friends x

My daughter ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses which haven’t arrived. They said that the Royal Mail tracking is showing they have been delivered, funny that when we put the tracking number in via Royal Mail app it couldn’t recognise it ????? So as to where These have been delivered I really don’t know???? She has messaged them and so have I but no response, they even blocked my daughter so she left a negative review and hey ho they responded trying to say that she is making a fraudulent claim. She’s 14!!! They agreed to contact Royal Mail and said it was their error but have never been back in touch with her so she’s now £30 down and nothing to show for it!!! VERY DODGY COMPANY if you ask me and we will never buy or recommend anyone to order from them. We have ordered lots of goods from other companies and have always received what we have ordered.

I brought a pair of sunglasses from this company (also paid next day delivery) and they were quick enough to take the money but no confirmation on email and still waiting for the order !!! I have tried to contact the company in all different ways but no answer . I’m so angry as these were for a birthday.
Con company !! I am taking this further

Ordered a tracksuit off this website around 2 weeks ago and received a few days ago. I had an issue with the sizing and wanted a refund so I contacted them by email seconds after I tried this on, as their returns policy is only 7 days. They did not respond to my first email so I emailed them again and had no response! I even tried their Instagram page. If they even get to responding to me, I can guarantee the 7 days will be up!!

I order a green tea deep cleansing mask over a week and a half ago, didn’t receive neither messages of follow up about it not a reply to my mails I’ve been sending. At this point I’m very disappointed and really want the money back. No information to the client is being shared, what is this!!

I ordered my daughter 2 bags from here for Christmas it has now been 3 months and still haven’t received I haven’t even received my order confirmation😡 I am Appalled that when I left a comment on there Instagram post they just deleted it and didn’t take further actions to sort out the problem!. I have tried to contact them multiple but have never got a response. I would not recommend ordering of here as they seem to be a scam!

I’ve only received 1 item of my order when will I get the rest?

There was a rip in my tracksuit when it arrived. I was very disappointed as I’d spent a lot so I messaged them and didn’t get back a response for 3 days but when I did Louise was very helpful and sorted this for me. I would rate it five stars but because of the slow response don’t feel I can, even though it was sorted out so well. If you’re ordering from here and have issues then I’d say to be patient and not panic like I did!

I order from there a month a ago, i tried to email them no response so I went to Instagram a day after they asked for my details in 10 seconds I reply back till this day I didn’t receive no reply back... I was really hoping to receive my stuff but it’s fine I believe in justice because is not fair to be here stealing peoples hard work money

I paid £10 for guaranteed next day delivery, when free delivery was available for 3-5 working days, and my item arrived a week later. Was also ignored multiple times when contacting them about this experience.

My order was lost in the post and I hadn’t received anything for a few weeks so I contacted them on Instagram and a lovely lady called Louise helped me out and got me a replacement sent out with first class shipping and a £10 gift card. She was so sweet and couldn’t have done more for me! Thanks again for getting this sorted I’m so grateful, I love my items they’re unreal would really recommend because of how this was sorted

Put my first order in on 24th February and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. Never got anything not even an email to say it had been despatched. I have contacted them 3 times by email since and all 3 emails have been ignored. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Seeing all these other reviews wondering if the whole place is a scam and they dont actually have any items for sale!

Ordered a week ago now and haven’t heard a thing , didn’t get a confirmation email or dispatch email ,have messaged the Instagram 3 times and have emailed aswell and still no reply either

Had some issues when I first ordered my items but once I was responded to by Louise she was very helpful and had my items with me within days 🙂
