I am very pleased with my buying experience, I spoke to Jim about what I was looking for in the Xdeep Zen wing and he gave me good advice about the available options, and said he was happy to assemble it for me.
He updated me regularly with delivery via email and video messages as some items were ex-stock.

Love love love buying from them. I was looking to buy the XDeep trim pockets and they were the only ones who had it in stock, shipped the same day and arrived promptly the next day, with a hand-written thank-you note, which was a special touch. I received a video message when it shipped and a video message on how to attach them to my BCD. Their website is setup really well, easy to navigate and I love the 'The Honest Truth' section. The fact that they do videos for almost any question you may have is what I loved the most. Thanks team.

Jim, Nic and the Honest Diver are a different approach to selling equipment. I've now exchanged over 15 emails with them to ask for their opinion on what I planned to buy, they shared their opinion and experience and they only sell equipment they tried and can stand by. It's my new favourite dive shop by far, I only wish I lived closer to go and say hi in person. Pro tip: listen to their podcast!

What lovely people to buy something from! My order was just for one small item but their customer service was amazing - the little video put a big smile on my face.

Yesterday I got to test out the product I bought- Stream2Sea Mask Defog. I’m an outdoor swimmer rather than a diver, but foggy goggles have been really spoiling my hobby. If I swim without goggles, I’m stuck with head-up breaststroke and the accompanying neck pain. If I swim with goggles, I can avoid neck pain but see nothing through the fog. The Stream2Sea Mask Defog worked so well! Yesterday I got to enjoy the beauty of my surroundings for the first time whilst wearing goggles. I’ll be recommending it (and Honest Diver) to my fellow swimmers.
