Pros: beautiful, great compartments, fits a lot of stuff

Cons: the most uncomfortable backpack I have ever used. the straps constantly fall, cut into the shoulder/neck.

Super disappointed that the bag I'd saved for (it's not cheap!) is so uncomfortable that I'm forced to buy another bag, and sell this one.

If you want a good looking bag, that you aren't wearing for the the work commute or long periods of time, I guess it's fine, but otherwise I'd avoid and invest in something with support.

Had the best experience & over the moon with the bag.

I ordered the bag as a gift and needed it delivered to Perth by a certain date. After placing the order the delivery date set was on the very day I needed it before travelling abroad. I contacted customer service and explained the issue & stress. Nick replied straight away, reassured me they’d sort it out and be in contact the following day. The next day I received notice that another bag was being express shipped and would be delivered in 2 days.

I got the bag today and I’m delighted with the quality of the leather and the style of the bag. Honestly incredible value for money & even better service! Couldn’t recommend more

The style and design of the bag is great. However the zip broke. I was told it was not under warranty anymore so they could not do anything except take it to the shop to get fixed.
For the price of the bag and it being a fault it should be replaced no questions asked!!

I got a watch for my 30th birthday from my parents. The watch was to be engraved with my name and birthdate. The birthdate was engraved incorrectly so the watch had to be sent back to be fixed. When it was sent back to mw they had left off my name in the engraving. It was clearly stated what was to be engraved yet they got it wrong twice. Won’t ever be ordering products from this company again.

Received my bag today at the PO as was not home to sign for it yesterday. Good suede leather. HUGE! Will fit all those things that you didn't intend to buy. Well stitched, beautiful simplicity, folds elegantly inwards when carried.

You pay $300 on a leather bag you expect quality but yet it breaks and falls apart within the first month the zipper is faulty and keeps coming apart. The return policy is only for 15 days so they won’t touch it
I only carry a laptop in it for 20mins max for 3 days per week

I just received my Monday handbag and I love it. The detailing is beautiful, such a functional style but lightweight and pretty. Love the smell and feel of the leather, not like so many big brand leather bags that feel like plastic. And the monogram, how fun, I’ve never had anything monogrammed before! I have shopped at the horse twice now and I'm extremely happy with my purchases, the quality of the bags are incredible, very luxe, high quality and very simple but stylish designs.

Customer service is also excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure my new handbag arrived before a wedding I was attending.

I will continue to buy from the horse, been eyeing off the backpacks next!

Also love it's an Australian company and made in Italy!

Packaging is minimal and eco conscious which I love.

I needed a new strap for my watch and could not find one with a gold buckle on the website. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond my expectations. They asked me to send my watch to them and they put a new strap onto it with my existing buckle, they then returned my watch, all in the space of 2 weeks. I would certainly buy horse products in the future the service I received was exemplary - thank you .

Received the product extremely quickly, however; it was not as advertised on the website. I made contact with The Horse who responded quickly, replaced the product and explained the discrepancy. They are polite and efficient and I would recommend them and their product to anyone.

The Horse Customer Care team provided fast, helpful and very friendly service above and beyond what I expected.
I contacted the team to have my watch repaired, but as it was a gift I was willing to pay for the repairs and postage to avoid asking the person who gave me the watch for the receipt. The reply was quick and friendly and the team did everything thing possible to find a copy of the order on their end so that the repairs could be covered under warranty. I was really impressed with their concern for me and dedicated service. Thank you!!

Everything is beautifully made and delivered and the staff at The Horse are even lovelier! I have had a wonderful experience with Kayley from The Horse. The quality is outstanding and the designs functional yet stylish. Delivery is super fast, in fact the quickest thing I have had delivered in many years from over East - even before Covid!

I own 4 of these watches now and I can't get enough! I have bought 4 already just this year, 2 for my fiancé and two for me. Each order has arrived promptly, the communication around deliveries is great, the packaging the watches come in is beautiful and I love how each one is packaged differently. The website is clean & simply and easy to navigate, and the discounts at sales times are too good to pass up. The only problem is, I find it hard to stop shopping ! Oh and the watches!! Stunning, every. single. one.

LOVE these watches and their customer service. I have bought several different styles and all are beautiful and really good quality for the price. Anytime I’ve contacted customer service for help with replacement bands they respond quickly and are eager to help.

I’ve purchased two watches from The Horse, one in store and one on-line. Both watches were exactly as depicted on-line and look amazing in person. (One women’s watch and on men’s watch)
I ended up having an issue with one of the watches but the customer service team was excellent to deal with. They sent me a postage paid slip to send the watch back for free and sent out a replacement which I received days after they received mine back. Very happy with how they handled the situation.
Would definitely purchase from The Horse again!
