She definitely goes over and above. I ordered a Hoth X campaign and it just wasn't working. She took the initiative to stop the payment and instead did a deep dive on my site to find other technical issues. She even grabbed other staff members to help. Nothing worked so she even got me in touch with another team to helpe dive deeper into my technical issues. Definitely not giving up on me she's working hard to get my site issue resolved.

We have used The Hoth and worked specifically with Max B for several years - his results are amazing. Even when presented with unique challenges for one of our client web properties Max had the insight and skill to get us near 100% gains in traffic and organic exposure, which has been fantastic for the brand. I run a small agency... Jan has been great to work with. He has a great sense of what is going to work with SEO. We have got some great results on a few different projects. Keen to get more projects rolling with the HOTH.

The turnaround point for my business was when I hired them to remake my PPC, I went from being an employee working my business on the side to working on my business full time due to all the traffic I get now.

Max my account manager responds to all my emails despite how annoying they can be sometimes.

I would have had a hard time getting my SEO business off the ground if it wasn't for The Hoth. Trevor (account manager) and Rachael (campaign manager) have been amazing to work with.

However, the content generally lacks the polish I would expect for anything that I would ever consider publishing on a customer's site, so I usually spend an extra $65-100 for every 1500-2000 words of content to have another contractor proofread and edit for spelling, grammar, localization, tone, and flow before I put on any of my own finishing touches. I could reject the content, but it takes longer to write thoughtful rejection notes than it does to make the changes, so it would be counterproductive on my end.

It's also a little bit difficult to find and approve specific articles unless you keep track of the direct link to the Hoth X order for that month. They also removed the ability to open recent Hoth X campaigns directly from the portal home page, so there's always an extra click, and then more clicks to find the article you want to approve since articles also aren't searchable by title.

There have also been a couple of dropped balls with the billing team where I had to request that contract bonuses be applied to the account.

At the end of the day, The Hoth helped me get the results I promised my customers, but I'll have to pay somebody a 6-figure salary to operate the business without a more seamless experience from the vendor that takes about 1/3 of my service fees off the top.

This month was unusual with a Google Core Update that caused a lot of turbulence in traffic for one of our clients. I reached out to my Hoth account manager Max to make sense of it. He was responsive, smart and excellent at explaining what was happening. This made it possible to accurately report on it to my client with confidence. I would have been lost without him! So valuable!
