Amazing customer service and efficient Seo service. Dev would recommend to others!

Soo.. I've been using The Hoth since 2017 and still actively use them today. They are hand down the best US based white-label SEO agency I've ever used and their support is better incredible. The Hoth is by far my favorite vendor to interact with on a regular basis.

In addition to great support, they also deliver great results. I've maintained around an 80% retention rate on clients that I outsource the SEO to The Hoth.

The best part is, if you don't think a link or post is up to par, all you need to do is tell them and they will correct it. I've never worked with another white label partner that is so commited to helping their agency partners succeed!

If you had a bad experience with The Hoth I highly recommend you try them again but ask for Taylor (my account rep) She's been an incredible AM and I'm sure she'll can help!

Firstly, Outstanding customer service.

However, it's not all about customer service, it's the product too. I genuinely cannot complain about what I've purchased, but I'm always dubious about the quality, I would recommend using the link-building service as a process to provide initial link juice. Always diversify, and ensure you have a broad range from authority sites.

Not used any other product yet, and will most leave feedback when the time is right.

their video advertisements which stays - got so many traffic, none of their backlinks has got any traffic and they don't even do on-page SEO, just straight jumping on creating backlinks and nothing else

I am very disappointed as I received and order that it seems it wasn't reviewed by anyone before sending it to me AGAIN.

I think I won't hire The Hoth again for anything, despite of I thought they were a reputable company, because of the following:

1) I hired the foundations small package and you posted the backlinks in sites not related to my business.
2) They tried to fix the problem and then sent the reviewed version with errors again. My company is regulatory and banking law firm with locations in Europe and Middle East and they posted the backlinks in a Agriculture law website in the USA.
3) Then I used the syndication service for boosting a post and the delivery got delayed for almost a week.
4) More than 80 percent of the syndications links they send to me were not working.

I am sorry, but I believe this is not fair. This caused us a lot of distress as we believe we might be penalize by Google by all this amateur mistakes. I don't want to pay for their services again the fail four times in a row to us.

I certainly tried to give them business. I scheduled a call with them last month and the young lady I spoke with promised a number of items as follow up to get started and sent nothing. I never heard from her again after saying I was looking forward to doing business with them. She sounded very young and green as the phone conversation was not great but, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. Not going to beg anyone to give them business. On to the next.

Here is the thing, it has been 2.5 months but their entries in the Top Level Sites are still not indexed. The content is low quality, neither title nor the content have any relation to my page that I requested backlinks for. Although, I requested a revision, it is still the same. I had to log in to that accounts and edit them by myself.

Here is the worst part: One of their Top Level Sites has removed their entry. Guys, come on!

Surprisingly, there is no way to get help from the Hoth, they are unresponsive in this situations. One more point, before purchasing their product, they are the cutest and the most responsive company in the world.

The Hoth, you have found the perfect way to steal our money.

Finally, there is no way to get a refund, because it is not possible to get in contact with them after purchasing.

I applied to work as a blogger writer and was placed in the "Blogger Basics" where the in-house reviews your work for 2 weeks. My work was reviewed as "fair." Great. I followed the tips provided and I thought I was doing well. I followed the examples and referred to the handbook, only to be let go for something so minor like using competitive links and not using keywords. Seriously? Their so-called "policy" expects people to drastically improve or be perfect. I was definitely improving, just not as fast as they wanted, and that's why I was let go unfairly. I feel their policy removes people unfairly when they didn't have enough time to improve. Major letdown. I'm outraged and saddened. They're not as awesome as they claimed themselves to be. They disregard people who don't improve fast enough and for minor things. Ridiculous!

Response to The HOTH:
I find it interesting that my comment is flagged as “harmful” or “illegal” when I’ve done nothing of the sort. They need to learn to accept constructive criticism. First, I understand about competitor links, BUT a QC always lets me know if I’m doing that. Not to mention I’m not doing it on purpose! The article I wrote about never mentioned anything about competitor links so I thought it was okay to choose any links. I was only starting out!

Second, I was told that as long as I used 2-3 keywords I would be fine. I’ve pretty much used PKW so there’s no issue with that. You need to reevaluate your rules and make your expectations clearer. Why am I being released for following INSTRUCTIONS and FOR TRYING TO LEARN? Take a look at my earliest and latest articles. You’ll see IMPROVEMENT. Minor changes could be fixed with time, just not in 2-3 weeks. Not to mention they never provided any “training” when I first applied either. While your policy keeps things as is to provide “high quality,” you are missing potential people this way by releasing them too soon. That’s my critique that HOTH needs to reevaluate. I would caution they listen especially when they’re looking to expand their expertise.

I can't believe that Customer Service in May went way downhill.

I signed up with the Hoth March 2021 for a 12 Month Contract for the HothX with Double Content for month one and month Six. I also signed up for a PPC campaign with a free month and a Free setup. With a 250month fee and a google charge of 500.00.

During the setup of my pay-per-click, we had some tech issues, and I tried to get telephone support as communication via email seemed to break down and not provide assistance. This lack of willingness to communicate cause frustration with my team with the hoth and me. I asked if I should just get a refund and wanted to talk to a rep about cancel the contract. I did this for two reasons hoping to get an account rep to call to go over the agreement, which may lead to what was going on with the tech issues. Get these fixed, clarify why communication was breaking down. Or 2 find out this PPC service wasn't for me and if there was a way out of the contract. (mind you the HothX service was great that is why i was confued on the actions in this service)

I didn't want to cancel anything

I called in trying to get a hold of someone to figure what was going on , i got an email, saying that were cancelling my PPC service and refunding me. Knowing i didn't pay for anything I made them aware that they owed me nothing ( i am honest and have integrity). I also restated, "I didn't want to cancel; I would prefer to have someone contact me. For this reason, email communication seems to be misunderstood. The follow day i got an email with a refund of 140.00 and i wonder what this was for since i didn't pay anything yet. wrote back in. I also had appointments for my hothx service which was missed. my account then was deleted.

i found out that i was dropped from service. my company contacted the hoth until march and want them to honor this. or refund all of our budget used for a service that was contacted that they could just lackluster cancel and fullfill.

We've been working with The Hoth for about 3 months, improving SEO for our child care businesses.
They are great to work with - extremely responsive to what's happening and easy to communicate with.
What's probably more important - they really get the results! We've seen inquiries, bookings and sales consistently grow.

In my experience, everybody promises the sky, but seldomly truly delivers on that promise, so it goes without saying that The Hoth is a breath of fresh air who not only delivers what they promise but exceeded all my expectations on every front of our dealing thus far... I'll be a client for years to come!

Working with the Hoth and Bryan has been great for my business and provided me with a great company that I can work with and outsource work to that will provide reliable and quality work. Bryan always makes time for a chat even if it's only going to be 5 min call to ask a quick question. They've always been helpful and got back to me with any questions as soon as possible.
