The Innocent Hound Reviews

Received my order today and WOW! Amazing! I literally couldnt wait to review them im that impressed. When i bought the XL antler i was expecting something along the lines that you get in petsathome...No.. this thing is a beast! Its the size of my wife's femur!. My dog loves it so much he hasn't let it go, he is a Rottweiler x Lab and he is guarding this thing like its his child. I also got the antler on a rope. He has already hidden that from us for later. This company is now my supplier of my dog and cat products. To top it off, it came next day and the packaging is amazing. It comes it a lovely box (we all know how much us adults love a good box to keep around), its packaged really well inside and my dog dived in when we opened it on the floor for him as he could see and smell what it was. Do your self a favour and use this company, you will not be disappointed.

Delivery was great. Product was very nutritious. However, I own the fussiest cat in the world I do believe. She wouldn’t eat it. No reflection on the product at all. Would recommend for a “normal” cat 🤣

Great product, my dog likes it and it smells wonderful

If healthy, good food, locally sourced without the usual grain or wheat or other bulking products added, then Innocent Hound is for you. The treats or food are great, well packaged, and my dog loves them. If in doubt, try the beef and strawberry treats or the crab treats. My dog will just about do anything now for a treat.

Great service, great product.

Despite assurances you continue to send your products in multiple cardboard boxes. It seems like nothing but month after month your product produces mountains of cardboard. Even the treats are packaged in a box within a box. Reduce waste. Reduce the price. Stop sending multiple boxes with tissue and fancy packaging. It’s dog food.

Good prices. Tasty food for my schnauzers. Fast delivery. Perfect in every way

Love this company, the dog food has a great variety of flavours, my GSD loves it, the treats are always gift packed beautifully, the service and delivery really fast, within a couple of days.

My vet introduced me to these treats which are great no upset tummies. The meals are great to today they enjoyed coast complete food. Healthy convenient food and treats.

Always good quality. My dogs love this food.

Innocent Hound always send out an email a few days before the delivery date to let you know it's due and give you time to amend the order if needed. The food is excellent quality and is always well packaged.

Initially I was disappointed with the quality of the item but it only took an email to customer service to sort the problem, many thanks

Amazing service , cannot fault this at all. Fantastic products. Easy to use website that is very informative.
Only just starting use, but very impressed so far.

Super fast delivery, beautifully packaged, exceptional product. 😁😁😻

My dog loves this food and it has been great digestion-wise as well! This is amazing as it's taken a long time to find what suits him. The food is packaged in a way that keeps it fresh and delivered safely.
The size is great for him too as most dry or air dried food we've tried gas been too small so that's another plus.
The only downside is that for a 38kg dog it is beyond our budget for his main food. However, we use it to supplement his main fresh food, and for walkies treats instead of nasty pretend meat treats.
Fabulous food for dogs that even smells like food!

My Ruby loves the venison treats. Arrives in good time with excellent communication on delivery time. Comes very well packaged

Great product, my dogs love the antlers and treats!

Great quality dog food and friendly, Reliable service every single time.

My Rottie has been trained on innocent lamb casserole biscuits since he was 16weeks old.
He is almost 2 years old now and when we train, he gets excited just
as much as when he was a little pup !

Fabulous dog food super fast delivery

Outstanding service with prompt and responsive customer support, always willing to accommodate any request.
