Not the words to explain the service
A great service isn't realy a way to explain having your pets life terminated.
It was one of the most harrowing experiences we've ever witnessed.
To watch my boy taking his last breath , gasping to hang on to life was truly horrible. I was so close to request a reverse of the anaesthetic but, obviously this would have not helped Chase in his desperate fight for life.
I have gratitude for Dr. Theo who performed the procedure. He had a huge amount of compassion and professionalism towards us and our Chase.
Chase died in the hands of of a kind and considerate man.
It doesn't matter how you put it,it is still devastating traumatising and very sad.
We must thank Dr. Theo for his services and his his kind words of comfort.
Chase filled our lives with joy and laughter. Our 6 years together will never be forgotten.
God bless you Chase and, I hope you find many sqissels and bunnies to Chase for eternity.
We will meet again I'm sure.

Hi Andy & Sue, your words tell me a story of absolute unconditional love & dedication for your boy Chase. It is clear that he meant the world to you & life without him is dark at this time.
May I express my deepest sympathy for your great loss of a one-of-a-kind dog. He must have left a huge paw print sized hole in your heart. Grief is a very unique beast to everyone & focusing on the traumatic parts of the experience is completely normal when your bond is so deep.
In time, I hope that you can look back on the experience as dignified & peaceful, where the most important take away is that Chase was surrounding by love & safely in his final moments.

It was not the ending we had hoped for for Poppy, it came on so suddenly but we knew we had to do what was right for her. She was in distress and deteriorating rapidly, she would not have survived a frantic car journey & if she had, I didn't want her final moments to be on a cold vets table.
From the lady on the phone who called me very quickly to the vet arriving, you were wonderful! So kind, calm & caring, you treated both Poppy & us with so much care & respect. At such a distressing time, I cannot tell you how grateful we were for your excellent conduct. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart

Leyland Pet Crematorium were also lovely, treating Alfie with dignity and kindness.
Everyone’s support brought real comfort at such a hard time.

The most gentle & sensitive vet came to…
The most gentle & sensitive vet came to our house to put our wonderful dog to sleep. He checked her over & confirmed that we were doing the right thing. Her back legs had completely given up. He gave us plenty of time to say goodbye.It was a painless & peaceful departure surrounded by all the family. She was then gracefully taken away to be cremated & has come back in a beautiful box with a candle, so we can bury her in a happy place so she can rest in peace.

What can I say the kindest goodbye made a terrible terrible loss a little easier.
Ovidiu was just fantastic such a lovely guy took away all the stress of going to a surgery to have bramble out to sleep for us and most importantly her.
Service was very prompt and in my opinion very reasonable thank you

Respectful and sympathetic service
The staff at Kindest Goodbye and the vet Theo were incredibly sympathetic and professional. It was an extremely upsetting day but was helped by giving our beloved pet the respect he deserved. I would highly recommend this service.

Glad I chose them …
Well, it’s a hard decision to have to make, but I’m glad I trusted my instinct and put my best furry friend’s last morning in their hands. They were so kind and supportive from the first call to the aftercare. I won’t need to do it again but if you are on the fence about who to call, The kindest goodbye is the right team to help you get through it.

After having to make the devastating decision to put my beloved Sadie out of pain, I contacted The Kindest Goodbye after my vet recommended them. I cannot thank them enough first of all for their prompt arrival at my home (within an hour) and also for their kind compassionate manner with both myself and Sadie. Ovidiu, the vet who arrived was the kindest most caring vet I have come across. He gave me as much time as I needed between each process and gave myself and Sadie dignity and compassion. He explained where Sadie would be taken to and that at the crematorium Sally would light a candle for her😢. I was sent regular caring updates by all involved in Sadie’s care. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to care for your pet in a dignified manner. Thank you

Hard time made so much easier
We really appreciated that Marion could come out to us with such short notice. Originally we were going to take our beloved dog, Bebe, to the vet to be put to sleep, but decided to have her last moments at home where she is comfortable. My call was picked up immediately, even on a Sunday, I was very impressed with the service. Marion came out to us on the Tuesday, he was incredibly kind and gentle with us and our Bebe. It couldn't have gone smoother. Still an incredibly hard thing to go through but Kindest Goodbye made it so much easier. RIP to our perfect girl.

We couldn’t have asked for a kinder or more sensitive company to help us with our elderly dog. They were very accommodating and took us through everything step by step. Maria the vet was brilliant and made the whole process easier to deal with. I would highly recommend.

The vet who attended had an epic…
The vet who attended had an epic journey across the county on public transport. We live in quite a remote spot, so she could have declined the call but chose to go the extra mile for us and our German Shepherd. She arrived on time, explained the process of euthanasia with great kindness. She didn’t rush and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. She couldn’t have been kinder.
We would recommend the service 100%.

Very kind and considerate vet who treated both my beloved dog and me with care and clarity about what would happen at each stage.
The only niggle is that he rang just after the agreed appointment time to let me know he would be an hour late. I would have appreciated knowing this sooner.
