We are so grateful for The Kindest Goodbye. Saying goodbye to our beloved Marley was such a difficult time for us as a family and to have them there made a very hard time a little bit easier. They handled everything from start to finish and being able to have Marley at home surrounded by all those who loved him in his final moments was very special. The process with The Kindest Goodbye made it alot easier for us especially because we didn't have to organise all the little details at such a difficult time when it was already hard enough, it was all taken care of. The people we spoke to from The Kindesy Goodbye were very lovely and empathetic too. We can't thank The Kindest Goodbye enough for taking care of us and our boy Marley.

Compassionate and professional care for Ruby's final goodbye
Making the decision to say goodbye to my bestie Rubydog was one of the saddest things I've ever done, but being able to do it at home made it a little easier.
The vet, Alix was kind, empathetic, and professional from the moment she arrived. She immediately got down to Ruby's level, introduced herself, spoke gently to her, and even offered her treats. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making Ruby feel comfortable and respected.
Alix took the time to explain every step of the process, including both the difficult parts and what to expect along the way. Her honesty, patience, and compassionate approach helped ease a lot of the worry and uncertainty during such an emotional time.
Another aspect I greatly appreciated was the fully online booking process. Being able to arrange & pay for everything online was a huge relief, as I was too emotional to manage a phone call. The process was straightforward, thoughtful, and convenient.
While saying goodbye to Ruby was heartbreaking, I am deeply grateful for the dignity, kindness, and care that Alix provided. I would highly recommend this at home service to anyone facing the incredibly difficult decision of saying goodbye to a beloved non-human family member.

The Kindest Goodbye is Everything the name indicates and more.Thank you for making My Beautiful Baylee's last moment, a loving, caring, gentle, peaceful, stress free, considered time.
There was no rush.David was wonderful from the moment he met My Baylee, he befriended Baylee immediately and made Baylee feel totally at ease.David gave him a couple of treats to distract him and thoughtfully explained everything that was going to happen.Asking me questions about Baylee and getting to know him, making him feel at easy.
The final moments were relaxed, peaceful, loving and totally pain free. David gave me time to grieve with no rush saying goodbye.I felt very comforted with My Baylee's last Goodbye.
Many thanks and my sincerest appreciation for making a very difficult time bareable.

A superb Service
Your excellent service, compassion, and generosity during such a very difficult time, was so appreciated.
It was a decision that had to be made with urgency, to assist Maggie ( our cat, Magnificat), to transition from suffering to peace, and the response from your company and Dr Rachael could not have been better. What you offer is a brilliant service. One reflection I have had to make is that perhaps I could have acted sooner, as cats in particular are very adept at hiding pain. They also don't want to leave us, but releasing them from suffering is the greatest gift we can offer each other.

A beautiful service
I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to let their beloved pet go. Our dog was a big old guy and we didn't want the struggle and stress of getting him to the vet. We had a super kind and patient vet come to the house, give us time with him, gently sedate him so he had no fear or upset and he drifted off to sleep. It is still emotional and painful, but the ease for the animal is everything. It felt respectful and loving and allowed us to say goodbye in our home where he was cosy and happy.

I was hysterical the phone operator got back to me within 30 minutes with a lovely vet called Lauren she was kind patient and didn’t rush, it was traumatic but peaceful ending for my best friend German shepherd max I did have to help transfer but the vet was very understanding

Simple process handled with care and compassion
I had devastating news late on a Wednesday, l called the Kindest Goodbye that night and arranged a home euthanasia for the following day.
Dr Chris was caring and compassionate, talked me through the process every step of the way. They transported my beloved dog to Lawnswood crematorium for me. He was returned to me today by the Lawnswood team. The process was all taken care of for me after that initial phone call. Highly recommend if you are in the unfortunate position of having to say goodbye to a pet.

I made a decision and a phone call…
I made a decision and a phone call later was talking to a lovely lady who helped me navigate a plan to put our non social dog to sleep. The vet came out the next day and she was excellent- she knew and respected what we wanted and was never in the way.
