Ordered the large elephant, was supposed to be 3-5 working days, after a few emails as its been like 7 days i asked for a refund, then it said its just been posted, not happy as it was for a baby shower so they got it a week late☹️Don’t think i trust them to get orders ready in time

PayPal have just refused my claim so I’m now looking at the small claims court and will never use PayPal again….

Oh dear.. it started well, loved their products and ordered 2 different items, one of them personalised for delivery in 3-5 days. A few hours after order I realised I’d ordered 2 of the personalised items by mistake so emailed to ask to cancel one of them. Next day received an email to say delivery delayed. As the present recipient was emigrating I couldn’t risk a delay and cancelled the order and issue full refund by sending a message through their website (no option to cancel on my account). Never received acknowledgment of either message. 10 days later I received an email advising shipment and the package arrived 3 days later which was too late. I’ve raised a complaint through PayPal and am waiting to hear…

Altogether a very strange purchasing experience and just hope I can get my £75 refunded

DISGUSTING SERVICE. Avoid at all costs. Order placed, receive email after advising small delay.. was supposed to be in receipt 05/08.. chased the following week was told will be with me end of week.. nothing.. chased.. nothing.. tried to cancel order as no longer needed.. nothing. Item received 19/08 which was 2 weeks late.

Do not spend hard earned money on this cowboy company!

I ordered the large Elephant. I noticed that there was no details of the requested personalisation in the order confirmation so emailed them to confirm. No response. Order arrived, no personalisation. Emailed again. No response. I then noticed bits dropping off the Elephant so I emailed again but this time also asking about quality, country of origin and safety standards. No response. After a number of weeks I chased. Eventually I received an email saying to send it back and they will personalise it for me....at my expense. No answer to the other questions. This has continued. I email asking questions and get no response. Their 100% happiness guarantee no question refund policy is contradicted by their actual 'we decide if we want to refund or not policy'. Faulty items should have return postage paid but no label or freepost address given.....and no response to email. Shocking customer service and concerning quality of goods aimed at babies. So far, no answers, no refund and a toy I will not give to a child. Stay away.

Hi .. I have been emailing and trying to get in touch since the past 8 days but no response !! I ordered the knot crib bumper. However, Royal Mail status shows it’s been sent back to sender since I forgot to write the flat number. Can you please let me know if u can post it back to me or process a refund as I don’t live in the uk and need to take this bumper back home with me. A response eitherways would be much appreciated. Thanks x

I ordered a cuddle elephant that arrived really quickly however the seam was undone along its stomach. I emailed the company twice and left a voice message saying what had occurred and needed another one for the weekend as it was a present. I heard nothing at all so sewed it up myself. Then after 5 days got a reply asking to send problem to another email address and could I do a review. Basically there is no correspondence quickly from the company - I wouldn’t recommend them as goods faulty

Ordered an item and paid extra for 2-3 delivery.
No response from them.
After several of my emails - one reply after 5 days - stating half of items not available - and other half to be send immediately.

Refund not given.
No response from email.
Now it is 10 days in - and still no response

The customer service is poor. No refund and no response. Ordered a Elephant but it was faulty as the stitching was coming away at the ear. I contacted the company and they said they would refund and send a pre postage label. Waited a couple of weeks to get the pre postage label after contacting the returns department numerous times. I then copied in the info email address where sophie sent the returns label that day. I sent the item more than 3weeks ago and have not heard anything. I have emailed numerous times and still not heard anything. I would not recommend.

I ordered a elephant 2 weeks ago with 5 working days delivery.
I keep being told it’s been passed to the courier and they are delayed, however the courier hasn’t got it.
Have asked for a refund and will shop elsewhere

Ordered item waited 5 days for despatch eventually given a tracking number Royal mail 48hr ....7 days later royal mail still waiting for item ...bad bad service

The item wasn't delivered at first, seemed it got lost in the delivery process but as soon as I contacted the customer service, real people got back to me very quickly and sent me the item I wanted via an express delivery, so really their customer service was super empathetic, reliable and efficient. The gym I ordered looks really good and is good quality. We're happy with the product and trust the customer service (which is rare nowadays). We'll order again.

Got the large elephant 🐘 for the birth of my nephew and his wife's new baby girl Hallie. They absolutely loved it. My sister has now brought one for her older sister Sophia and another friends baby. Beautiful elephant ❤

I bought for my new born knitted sleeping bag for outside,but it came faulty as some threads looks like is tearing down. Comparing price is not cheep to pay it is a shame, because product,matteria is really soft and nice.
But problem is about refund that you need to pay by yourself even it's not your fault. You need to do something with this policy because loosing a lot of customera.

I bought a large elephant 🐘 and ask to have it personalised with a name i got the item with no name they told me to return it so that they could put it right but i have got to pay to send it back and it's not my fault i think they are having a laugh i won't be shopping there again

I ordered 0 to 3 months yet I received a cardigan that would fit a 12 month old.. poor quality and badly presented

I bought a gift on this website on 7/7/2022. It said it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. Today is 20/7/2022 and I still haven’t received my product. I repeatedly contacted customer service who only said to wait to receive a confirmation email with details of my shipment along with a tracking code. I received that on 13/7/2022 and the tracking says the courier is still waiting for the item to be dispatched to them. Customer services have not responded to me since.
I am raising a formal complaint now.

Delivery was quick and the packaging looked great, especially as I had got it for a gift. Definitely shop here again.
