Most slowest service ever get.I am from Canada
I was in UK last month visit and plan to pick my things your have no phone, no chat, no way to reach.
Return back order online, it more then 20 days no nothing when order is coming.can’t give gift on baby shower 29 October .
God knows when I will get. At least look you email and answer.
Regret doing business with you.

Verery poor delivery 3-5 working days really. Poor quality if goods bought for baby shower could not give the gift elephant cuddle pillow as it looked like it came out of a bin! No present to give thanks a lot. Will not buy from here again

Delivery slow, they advise 3-5 days. 6 days later and still not arrived. Don’t blame Mail strikes, they have been on strike 1 day which would still put it over the quoted days

Scam website.
Products appalling quality.
Elephant cushion arrived with no safety labels and the embroidery is the worst I have ever seen.
Customer service are ignoring me completely.

If it was possible to leave less than 1 star i would. Ordered £40 worth of gifts on the 27th of September, 3-5 working days lead time. Still not recieved the delivery coming up to 3 weeks later. Had 0 response from their so called "customer service". Shocking service. We ordered the gifts for a baby shower which has now been and gone, so we looked like plonkers with no present for our friends new baby. I would rather a full refund than recieve the items now so i can spend the money with a different business who deliver their promises.

This is a serious fraudulent company whatever you do donot purchase from them The items are very poor quality you will never get a refund they will deny receiving the item back and then will not respond to email or chat STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The reason for one star less is the fact that it took much longer to arrive and like previous review, little communication. However, the sleeping bag in grey looks lovely and because I ordered early will be in time for the baby shower. Communication is the key in any business if that can be improved

Charlie the grey elephant is gorgeous. He is so soft, given to my week old granddaughter. I'm sure she'll have lots of fun with him

Product arrived within a week of placing the order. Very soft and comfortable, I have a month old baby girl and she looks nice and snuggly inside. Recommend it for anyone especially now that colder days are around the corner!

Disappointed with the service I have recieved, what a joke this company is. I have never had such a bad experience of ordering something online.
I ordered the Elephant originally (14th May) with this company because the delivery time was 48hrs, this never happened, I didn't even recieve an order number or confirmation of my purchase. I sent a number of emails over a period of 3 weeks.

By the time my order did arrived which was meant to be a gift for a baby shower, the baby had already arrived.

The Elephant was faulty, it had a whole in the tummy and was poorly made. I emailed again to ask how I could return the item and sent pictures as there was no return slip in the packaging, this took a number of weeks backwards and forwards before I got sent a form to fill in and send back (such a long winded process which I'm sure some people would just give up on).

I returned the item, which I have proff of on the 7th July, I paid for the item to be returned and I'm still chasing now (11th September) to find out where my refund is.

I am now taking this to trading standards so other people don't have to experience such a bad services and loss of money.

Like I said what a joke of a company.

I returned an item (a cot bumper) over a month ago which the company received - I had postal proof. I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the company several times with barely any response. I have now logged a formal complaint with The Little Ones and if I do not receive my money back by the end of the week, I will be reporting them to the Consumer Ombudsman. I would avoid this company at all costs - at your costs!

Terrible lack of communication. I ordered a product at 9.50am on a Friday and paid £12.95 for guaranteed next working day delivery. Got an email on the Monday to say product dispatched. I emailed all email addresses for the company but no response. Eventually I messaged through Facebook page and they responded that apparently it says further down in terms and conditions orders placed on a Friday aren’t dispatched until a Monday regardless. Although in terms, this certainly wasn’t made clear when ordering and it shouldn’t let you pay for the next working day if that isn’t going to be the case. Product ok when it arrives but service and communication certainly let the company down. Won’t order from the again.

Extremely poor quality items. Burst stitching, pulls in the materials, knitwear is so loose it’s see through. Returns are a joke. It was two weeks before I heard back about returning the item then they expect to have your items returned via recorded delivery within seven days. At your own expense. As we were not at home we missed the date.
Shocking service and shocking quality. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company. Ordered for my sons birthday (august 31st) on July 26th. Messaged before buying to make sure it would be here and was reassured it would be here mid august. Heard nothing back after order. Emailed and messaged multiple times and heard no response on any form of social media. Commented on TikTok hoping I would get some sort of answer and got my comments deleted. Was offered a refund and still waiting. Absolute joke!!!!! Do not order from this company.

When I ordered from this company it stated item delivered in 3-5 days as soon as payment was made I was notified was going to be a delay on this item and you were not able to cancel your order or request a refund?
It would not be so bad if a courtesy email from company was sent keeping you updated on your order.
After numerous emails many ignored was acknowledged that all outstanding orders would be delivered by end of week but you guessed it did not say what week?
After more emails sent expressing my anger and disappointment after 3 weeks my order was shipped and received.
It came gift wrapped with gift card as expected.
I am happy with purchase but really not happy with The company Littleones and will not be using them again.

I have still not received my order. I have sent 2 emails and not a reply. I want my money back now. Will order from somebody more reliable. This company have taken the money and not provided the goods
