Item took over 2 months to be delivered. Came without embroidery that I paid for. Tried to make contact with company - do not reply to emails. Scam

Do not deal with these people. Sent the wrong item, took 1 month to arrive. I’ve been waiting for I think around 3 weeks for a proper response to my request for a refund (unworn with label attached).

Ordered Elephant Cuddle Pillow on 26th December, emailed and rung leaving message asking for update. No confirmation email … nothing. Dreadful company read reviews before ordering … which I had.

Absolutely shocking company ordered my 2 month year old Christmas from here on the 6th December and still haven't relieved girls presents and we're now in to January. Sent numerous emails to not get responded to. Will be taking this further and to everyone avoid this company at all cost.

I ordered the teddy bear chair. Looks lovely on their website but it’s arrived and the quality is awful. I don’t know how these companies get away with sending items like this. I have emailed but after seeing all the other reviews, I’m not expecting a reply.

Just don’t order from this company!

I wish I read the reviews beforehand. Ordered 2 teddy chairs middle of November. Still haven't recieved them. Emailed multiple times with the same response about Christmas time being busy. Reminded them that mid November isn't classed as Christmas time. Opened a dispute with my bank where I got the money refunded through them. Avoid at all costs! Also, claims to be a company based in London but ship all their items from China.

Ordered on 29th November.
Emailed number of times asking would it arrive before Christmas .
Always saying thank you for your patience.
Demanded refund but advised could not refund until they had received the elephant back.
Win win situation for them.Paid for item and struggled to receive it so dread to think how long a refund would have taken.
Still waiting for order.

29th December Arrived today cheap and cheerful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a gift for my grandson in October. They have not received it. My daughter and her family have since moved house. I have raised this issue with the company, I’ve tried to cancel my order, and they ignore all my requests. They don’t even acknowledge my questions. I just get meaningless platitudes.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Been struggling with them since ordering on the 5th November. We ordered this early before the mad rush of Christmas deliveries. Excuse after excuse and after checking this morning, the product still has no tracking information. Sick of being told they are waiting for the courier to contact them. Ordering from these is like ordering from a ghost.
The website looks legitimate and you get tol delivery is 12-18 days on certain items. Nearly at day 30 and no delivery, tracking isn't updating and this company is ignoring emails.
At day 30 I will be claiming my money back from the bank.
I purchased a toddler chair for my nephew, luckily I can get one still in time for Christmas else where.

Ordered a Dino toy for my grandson which he chose himself he's birthday was in October.
I received a different item to what I ordered I was told they would send the correct item I still haven't received it I have communicated via email and literally being fobbed off..i have then emailed again saying at least refund me the difference no response very unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone.
I wish I had checked the reviews first I would never have placed the order.

It had been 5 weeks and still my order has not arrived. I got the teddy bear chair. I wish I read reviews before as I see people said the quality is bad. I wonder if I can get my money back. I've emailed them but no response.

Wish we had read other reviews before ordering. Big mistake buying from this website. This appears to basically be a nice looking website that takes your money in the UK and ships direct from China to the customer. The seller has zero control over the goods and has no interest or practical way of assisting customers. Delivery dates a are joke. It says 12-18 working days on the order confirmation - the item did not depart china until 12 working days had passed and eventually took another 3 weeks. Quality is poor and looks cheap. You should read the website terms of service on the website. They attempt to absolve the seller from all responsibility and are probably not even legal. Avoid this shop.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality at high prices. Waited 4 weeks for only half of my order and the remainder of the order is yet to arrive. The quality of the products are outrageous for the price paid.

Don’t bother save your money. Came from China very bad quality and English prices. You have to pay to return.
I asked for a partial refund and I think they blocked me. I also waited nearly a month for delivery very disappointed

Placed an order 10th October waited after the 10 working days they told me for delivery. Emailed and received response saying they will check with the courier. No reply after that. I emailed again never received a response. I made a claim through my bank and received a refund from the company.

I purchased the teddy bear chair in September which is just awful! It’s poor quality and like previous review says it’s more like a cat bed. I raised the issue with the website: resolver. Co.uk help with these type of disputes. The Little ones said they would send a return label and issue a refund - which never happened. I have checked back on Trustpilot to advise anyone who is reading this and has purchased from this company and the item not arrive to do a google search on “Section 75 or charge back” or if your goods have arrived faulty or not at all like described like mine to do a check on the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Little Ones is acting unfairly and ignoring customers legal rights by selling items
not as described, and preventing the return of faulty goods, if even being sent at all. This company seriously
Needs to be reviewed by Trading Standards.

I don't ever leave a review but I have to say please avoid this company at all costs!The website might look good but the products are awful.Ordered a Teddy chair and it looks nothing like the picture. Started to fall apart as soon as I took it out of the packaging,its more like a cat bed than a child's seat,the head isn't even on properly its all twisted to one side.DO NOT use this company!
