What can I say. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered no response to 3 emails sent over the course of three weeks. no sign of the product. Avoid

One item not been delivered from order from 2 September, advised of delay of a few days but since then no reply to enquires or request from feed back.😞
Update.
I did receive a refund for the item not received. After contacting the merchant I paid with. Company got in touch and refunded me for the item not received.

Absolutely zero response from customer services - order contained three items - only 2 of the 3 items have turned up and once of these was not what I ordered. No sign of the other item after nearly 2 months. 4 emails set - no response - no phone number to call. Lovely products on the website but chances of them being delivered are slim to none - lucky I've paid on my credit card so I have initiated a charge back with my bank. Terrible company will never use again.

Ordered the teddy chair on 8th October, it arrived sat 4th November, it’s nothing like the picture, do not order, item recieved nothing like what is advertised

Please please please take note of these genuine reviews and avoid this website. It looks great, draws you in, offering you discount, but once they have your money you don’t hear from them again. DO NOT USE!

Don't be fooled by the lovely website and don't trust the product reviews on it. I ordered something from them in Feb 23 and have tried to submit an unfavourable review of it twice since. It's not been published so obviously they only allow good ones.

I have brought off here for my friend’s baby.
The package only contained one item of the two items I paid for.
I have tried to contact them via email and instagram private messages, but had no luck.
I have then commented on a post of there’s on instagram asking for help with my order, they have removed my comment and reported it as spam??
I’m a genuine customer inquiring about an order I have PAID FOR and have not received, not a spammer!
I’m furious at the poor customer service as I thought it was a legit website! Seems not???!

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago, I reached out via email- I had one response saying I will receive tracking information. I never received this. My purchase turned up today and they've sent a size 12-18 instead of 18 - 24! Shambles start to finish.

So not order from this company - they take your money and do not send item or respond to emails

Ordered from this company over 4 weeks ago for my grandsons first b.day...no dispatch or tracking email...I've emailed numerous times not received any emails back...took my money obviously and nothing received...I'm sent email of complaint and asked for refund but still nothing back..

I ordered about a month ago, no delivery or despatch notification so I emailed days ago now and still no response. I have no expectation that I'll recieve either a reply nor my order, therefore as soon as the time my bank advises has elapsed I will be raising a complaint with them.
The order was meant to be for my daughters 1st birthday, gladly as its over a week away I have time to get something else :(

Edit: so despite not receiving any communication, the order came yesterday. Shipped vacuum packed from China so they look squashed, and with Chinese labels rather than UK.
Not happy and I now have 4 as I had ordered 2 elsewhere when I didn't hear back.
Definitely don't recommend this company.

**Update: I've reported the organisation for fraud.**

Ordered an item weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Contacted the company on numerous separate occasions to chase for updates - their claim of 'responses may take 3-5 working days' is a complete lie as I've had only ever received one reply (weeks later) which was to tell me that I couldn't be refunded as my item has already been shipped... from China!!

I've since seen all of these bad reviews so not holding my breath. What a scam.

This company is a scam. You order your products and they do not send them and do not respond to any messages!

Just take one look at their Facebook page, all comments are deleted by them because customers have called them out!

I ordered something a month ago and it never came and no response from them since.

AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS PLACED AN ORDER 30TH JULY , THEY SAID BEEN SHIPPED THEN ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING I HAVE TOO MANY LETTERS TO BE PRINTED I THEN SHORTENED IT , EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LESS THAN REQUIRED, EVEN THOUGH THEY APPARENTLY SHIPPED IT , I ASKED FOR REFUND AND ON THE HEAD LINE I WROTE #UNTS AND THEY HAD THE UTTER BRASS KNECK TO TAKE OFFENCE, ITS NOW SEPTEMBER AND NEVER GOT THE GOODS!!!!

Fraudulent company never receive goods. Ignore phone and email communication.

Stay away. They take the money and do not send anything! After weeks I contacted my bank and I managed to get the mo et back! STAY AWAY!!!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS FRAUD WEBSITE! There needs to be some kind of regulatory body that stops these websites from fake trading online. I placed an order well over a month ago and haven’t received my order. Despite numerous emails to customer service (there’s no contact number) I haven’t heard back from them so will need to contact my back to have my money returned. The items look so pretty but the service isn’t genuine and you won’t receive your goods despite payment being taken before the item is even dispatched. Probably one of the worst websites I’ve ordered from. STAY AWAY AND PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible company, I ordered a teddy bear chair 13/09, I still don’t have it. It shows the order as fulfilled on their tracker. I have not had any response from them.

Shocking company..... do not even deserve 1-star in my opinion. They set un-realistic delivery dates and "if" you are lucky enough to receive your purchase, it is not what you expect.
We ordered the teddy bear chair for our Granddaughter's christening. What we received was nowhere near the picture displayed. I have tried to complain but as others report, the communication goes silent. I paid £38.00 for something similar you can buy on Amazon for under a tenner. This company mut be reported !!!
