So helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to help us out with just the right gift for my newborn niece and on a time crunch to get it to us in time for the visit to meet her. Not just delighted by the price and quality of the gift (both amazing!) but I will be recommending them to everyone I know for their customer service all by itself. Hugely pleased, easiest 5-star rating ever given, would 100% recommend!

Wouldn’t even bother ordering from here! I ordered on the 16.02, with the arrival time being stated on the website as 2-3 weeks. This was perfectly fine. Since then I have chased, was told my order would be sent out next week (week 4). I have since then chased again, and again and been ignored both times. I have requested for my order to be cancelled and still been ignored. I’m now 6 weeks down the line and can’t see myself ever receiving my parcel.

They have since changed their shipping times online to 4-6 weeks. I would have understood if someone had replied to my email saying it would be closer to 6 weeks due to demand. However no one has contacted me, since I was promised it would be shipped when I chased originally 3 weeks ago.

Saw bad reviews on here after ordering so was a little worried. But to be fair after a short delay order arrived as requested and personalized with a little note with the product which was a nice touch. Orders take longer then the stated times on the web page but Serena in customer service did email several times to apologize and explain the delay.
Happy with the product and quality was like the image so overall positive experience and have a happy child !!

Absolutely appalling company - AVOID. Bought a cuddle elephant and firstly it looked nothing like the image online and then it fell apart within days. 3 weeks later still trying to get a refund and almost radio silence from the ‘customer service’ team - who give absolutely zero service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a Baby Elephant Hug 25/1/23, which the recipient never received. Even though it was sent Royal Mail (supposedly) and a tracking number sent, the parcel could not be found. Had an initial response from Customer Service to my first email but then absolutely NOTHING! NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM DIRECT. There's something very fishy about this company. My bank has issued a refund for now, they're investigating the company.

This is the second baby company within a year that I've been stung by. Read ALL reviews before buying, don't get drawn in by flashy websites and never buy from anyone that doesn't have a phone number listed. A lot of time wasted.

Ordered on the 5th Feb, got a Royal Mail tracking number for the 6th Feb but 9 days later, still not received anything! Contacted the company who say they’ve not sent it out yet, so how do I have a tracking number? I asked this of the company but they didn’t reply!
I have tried to call them but goes to answer phone!
Update - I did receive the product eventually but will not use this company again.

Ordered two items on the 16th January, emailed last week to be told that dispatch is somehow taking up to 3 weeks. (This is not advised anywhere when purchasing) 3 weeks later- still nothing. Have asked for a refund and to cancel the order- they said yes will get it processed but still nothing and all gone quiet. AVOID

I ordered a baby elephant hug pillow for a baby’s first Christmas. The item was due to be delivered on the 22nd December (I paid for express postage) but delivery wasn’t attempted until the 28th.
Royal Mail delivered the item to a completely different address and when the intended recipient returned to their address after the New Year, there was nothing to indicate where the item was.
I contacted The Little Ones 3 times to try and get them to help find out where the item was from Royal Mail and each time received no response. Have since had to contact my bank for a refund so I can order a belated Christmas present from a more trustworthy retailer. They have zero customer service, avoid!

Bought a cuddle elephant which when it arrived, it was of very poor quality. When I emailed them they asked me to post it back and i would receive a full refund for the elephant and the postage costs. ‘Sophie’ is now no longer responding to emails and no refund received. Terrible company and after reading other reviews it would appear that sadly it seems to be a regular occurrence.

I've paid for the cuddle elephant. I've never received it. Even though they sent an email with a Royal mail "look alike e.mail" saying it had been delivered. I've just seen the little ones as a massive scam who try to make out they've sent you the goods with a fraudulent Royal mail site.

The company said my order was in transit. It never arrived. I have written to them repeatedly and had no response. Their online chat is never active and I see now how many complaints there are.

I never resaved my Oder. I oder it on the 31/12/22 I have emailed at least 15 times tried to get in touch with the company with no joy and I am still waiting to hear back off them. I would say if you do oder off this company be careful.

This company does not respond. Still waiting for my goods and no updates from them. Impossible to contact.
I wouldn't use again.

I had no choice again but to email you on this page. I am extremely fed up and frustrated that you have not sent me my refund despite me not receiving the goods I had ordered from the 2/3rd of December of 2022. We are now in January 18th, no good and no refund. Wha kind of business is this. Terrible service and terrible business. You do not deserve to continue running and I have written to you so many times re: this issue and that all I want is my refund and I do not what your goods or service ever again. You wrote 1st of January from someone named Emily that my refund will be process and nothing has been done. I swear I will make your life hell if you don’t refund me my money. I will all over the internet, your Instagram page, google review and on Twitter and I won’t stop until you have refund me my money. I will keep writing emails and blocking your inbox and I will take all these evidence to small claims court and trading standards until something has been done. I will give you 5 days to process my money back.

Ordered the elephant pillow, which came with a very big hole. The stitching is extremely poor.
Also, the grey sleeping bag, which is again extremely poor quality.
Also tried phoning, emails & messages via Facebook. I've seen these items on another website, please avoid this company & I suspect they operate under different names.
Phoned my bank for refund.

I ordered and payed for a lamp from this company and it never arrived
I have sent numerous emails to them and tried calling them on the number they advertise on line
I never got a reply and the phone number is constantly on answer phone . I have reported them to my bank who have said they may not be able to get my money back

Follow on from my previous review about the rubbish elephant we received. I sent the item back to them and emailed once I saw on the tracking that it had been delivered to them (was told I’d get full refund once received). They are now not replying and not refunding me. All supporting documents now sent to my bank to sort this. I’ve found info on gov site and citizens advice on reporting businesses.

I ordered the soft elephant pillow it arrived and looked nothing like the image, it looked like someone had previously owned it a I certainly would not give this to a child. I returned the item with proof they received it and waitied for my refund, as the weeks went I didn't receive my refund. I contacted them through their contact page online and via social media and had no replies for days, when they finally replied they said they will pass it onto the returns team. This continued to go on from the middle of October 2022 to January 2023! I finally contacted my bank to advise they was not refunding me even though they had received the item, eventually I got my refund through my bank as it had to go down as fraud. This company should be shut down, wish I read the reviews before even going on their website!
