If I could put zero stars I would be inclined to.

I ordered a personalised Grey Fox Blanket as a Christmas present. Instead of this I received a personalised Elephant. The order, the docket and my receipt all said personalised Grey Fox Blanket.
Not only am I disappointed that the item is wrong, I am thoroughly disheartened by the lack of customer support,care or consideration. I have emailed a number of times now with no response, and tried calling the number to only get an answer phone.

WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!!! This company should not be allowed to operate.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago, it didn't arrive in the timeframe advised due to postal strikes, which I understand working in client relations in the retail industry.

However, weeks later and lots of me chasing the company, the parcel was never delivered to me, although Royal Mail are now claiming it was, it was never received at my address. Company are now refusing to take responsibility and saying there is nothing they can do, which working in retail I know to be nonsense.

Instead, they keep responding to my emails with the same copy and pasted rubbish - 'As stated in my previous email the tracking shows the item as delivered, there is nothing we can do as Royal Mail have stated they have delivered your parcel'

I have given them one more opportunity to resolve this before I take further action, which I am tempted to do anyway as this level of service is not compliant with industry standards and refusing to refund a customer for goods not received is illegal.

Beware before you order, there is a reason this company has the rating it does with customers all saying the same thing.

Do not use this Company I received faulty goods you cannot call them to speak to anyone. The only means of contact is by email and they have not as yet responded.
Not sure how to get the problem sorted very difficult when they don't reply to your email.

I ordered a moon lamp on 9th Dec money was taken from my account on that day, Item was apparently not posted until 20th December so much too late to receive it for 19th Dec but to receive it at all would be nice ! Whenor if this item arrives it will be returned un opened and I would like a pre paid return label and a full refund immediately please . I have not been treated fairly by this company and from reviews it seems I am not alone, they did not answer my emails regarding my order either

Ordered a newborn sleeping bag. Nothing like what was advertised! Poor quality, thin, loose ends and the colour was nothing like the picture! I emailed the same day asking to return and a refund, received an email saying request was pending have heard nothing since! I am now stuck with something, costing £25, that I don't want and I definitely won't be giving it to the person it was intended for! Do not use this company!! Customer service non existent!!

It took 3 weeks to mail my order out to me despite advertising 3-5 days delivery. No response to emails or phone calls asking for information.
However finally received an email on the 17 December (nearly 3 weeks after ordering) thanking me for my patience and assuring me the order would be delivered by Christmas. It was actually the 20 December before it was sent.
The order did arrive just before Christmas and seemed to be a quality product. I ordered a night light and it has not been tried yet.
I note from other reviews things seem to have improved recently.

I ordered an Organic Somnum Sleepbag and a Baby Cot Storage for my grandson for Christmas on 5th December. I am still waiting for this delivery and had to rush out on Christmas Eve to buy an alternative present having had no response to an email asking where was my order. I shall be letting everyone know by Social Media that The Little Ones do not deliver!!!

Two beautiful items received, perfect and arrived on time. Very happy.

I am still waiting for Christmas present that was ordered over four weeks ago.
No facility to cancel, get a refund and order from another supplier.
If and when it arrives, I will have to post it on to my daughter, incurring more bother abd expense. Very very unhappy and now they are even advertising discounts on what I ordered!

I ordered elephant poor quality emailed numerous times about it not being persnolised but no response xxxxx

Placed ordered but forgot to add personal name, emailed straight after to say. When arrived no name. Emailed to ask why but email wouldn’t send.

I ordered a baby’s wrap,( sleeping bag) it was nothing like I was expecting, has anyone any idea how to return Iv sent lots of emails but had to reply, Iv no invoice etc and no idea how to return,

Ordered on Saturday and delivered on Monday. Most impressive at a time when most deliveries seem to be being held up.

Took two payments from my account, will not answer either email or telephone message and on top of that the item is absolutely awful quality

Awful experience - do not use. They took 18 days to post my purchase despite promising a 3-5 day delivery. It will not arrive in time for Christmas. They've ignored every email I've sent asking for help or an update.

Swift delivery, a good range of nice looking products.

I ordered the knitted sleeping bag with buttons, which looked lovely but it seems so very delicate and a lot more thin than expected. Bought for a family couple’s new baby gift so I hope this provides as much use as I would’ve wanted. It’s a bit too soft, the feel of the knit, and there’s a few threads coming loose already ~ seems like it would unravel after the slightest amount of wear…

Abysmal customer service!! Package arrived 1 month after ordering even though it stated 5 day delivery and was still shipped after I was promised a refund due to the delivery time, The refund never came, the parcel arrived and its TERRIBLE quality. A PayPal case was raised as the seller stopped responding

This company have ignored countless emails regarding my purchase of the grey baby elephant hug pillow, purchased on the 20th November 2022 for my newborn grandchild, it was out the bag once and we noticed the stitching on one of the legs was coming apart.
The elephant was fair quality but the stitching should hold for longer than 3 days with a newborn!! Its not fit for purpose.
The website at first directs your complaint to a 'no reply' email address, the shop website directs you to a customer service email, either way all my messages have been ignored. I could not find a phone number although judging by the reviews below, it would not have been answered.
Their customer service does not exist.
Its disgraceful how this business has treated me and I would not recommend them to any one. Im not sure what to do now re a refund, I paid by credit card.
