The initial call was structured very well and 95% of the information was provided and I felt I was completely informed about the products, costs, next steps. Michelle took over and was in touch all of the time with regular updates. All in it took about 3 weeks and i couldn’t he happier. Would recommend!

The team were so knowledgeable, sorting everything from start to finish and ensuring that we had a product in place. Ours was little different as we were paying the Help To Buy off. We were warned by others that this was a lengthy process but Martin handled it all and the whole process was completed within a matter of weeks; Martin really was the hero in getting this off the ground.
