3 weeks after ordering my order still isn't here. It was actually quite expensive so this service is shockingly bad for the amount I paid.

ETA: Item ended up arriving 5 days after I wrote this review. Didn't look much like the picture on the website. Quality isn't very good and certainly not worth the price I paid. Could have bought better in Primark for 90% cheaper. Can only get a store credit refund which I'm not keen on due to the poor quality of the clothing. Won't order from here again.

This is an absolute scam which should be reported. An awful quality, and they are not returning money instead offering credit score which you wouldn’t even want to use as products are of lowest quality I have ever seen in my life. Boots were smelling resin and a vest didn’t have even one single label, looked like a piece for taking a dust.

Unprofessional and illegal practices regarding refunds.

They have a well marketed website with high quality and fashionable clothes (in pics only for obvious reasons)

Very long wait for clothes to arrive (clothes ordered on 05/09 and received on 29/09)- Emails to show these timelines
Wrong colour and quality received of all clothes (Also look like cheap China based supplier based on the shipment bags each item arrived in)
Refund request via website and package back on same day I received items (within about 2 hours) there are two emails both from the look edit which confirm delivery date of the items to me and refund request. (These are both dated on the same day). Legally you can return items brought of the internet within 14 days, they however have ONLY offered store credit on this non sale items
Having to pay for returns is a pain.
Having to prove returns receipt even though clothes were received on 3rd Oct (email with pic as I did tracked delivery thankfully)
Again to refund to store credit and not as legally required with internet purchases to refund back to original payment method
Then requesting for pictures again as proof of poor quality
Generally poor customer service

Just buy from other internet suppliers who are amazing from ordering quickly and receiving items quickly, getting good quality clothing and you don't have to pay to return items. There are lots of different and better websites ........... why choose this unknown one now you know how bad it is!

I'd give zero if possible

Avoid like the plague. They are in breach of UK selling distance selling laws as they refuse to issue a refund for sale items instead issuing you a credit note.

Absolute nightmare. Dress quality wasn't as I would have expected so I do not want any more clothes just my money returned. Over £100 stolen

Do not use this site - what you see online is not what you get. They gave a Covent Garden address but the item, which took ages to arrive, was a cheap nasty item from China. Nothing g like the dress I ordered.

First time customer and I’m actually very happy with the service. The trousers I bought are very nice and I haven’t had any issues

First of all i have to thank whoever I spoke to on email for being just the best most resourceful person I have ever spoken with, I was seriously impressed.
They managed to not only track my order (which was sent to a wrong depot by the postage company) and they managed to redirect it to me, on time and even gave me a refund for my postage costs for the hassle.
Outstanding service 10/10

This is the worst item I have ever bought ..the trainers were like something you would put on a child's doll. Didn't match picture and certainly didn't match price. They keep your money when you return for refund. I'm offended by my treatment and am seeking advice as its appalling.

Excellent customer services, they were really helpful and managed to get my order to me on time. In terms of the quality of the order, no complaints, quite happy with it all in all fairness.

I love they clothes aswell, been a customer for a while and have had no issues really or nothing that they haven’t sorted for me so I really rate this brand. 5 stars well deserved

Absolute SCAMMERS - do not order from here. They do not refund you and the items they source (once you have placed your order) are cheap polyester tat. I wish I could attach photographs of what I ordered and what I actually received! When I returned the items they claim they have not received part of it and deduct that amount from my "store credit". When trying to use "store credit" they do not allow you to use this towards postage. They are an absolute disgrace of a company and I'd advise anyone to steer well away from them.

I bought a jumpsuit in July 2022, which was aimed for a special event that took place few weeks after my purchase. Nearly two weeks after the items was shown as "delivered", however I had not received the outfit. Therefore, I contacted Look Edit to query what happened and they told me that the package was sent back because I had given them an incorrect address. However this was not true. All details I confirmed were right and I even have a site assistant at my apartment block, so any time there is somebody to accept deliveries. I contacted The Look Edit and asked them to resend the package. I had to wait another week to actual receive the jumpsuit. The outfit was too big - the order was already placed for the smallest size available, size S and I was also disappointed about the quality of the fabric. The very next day I sent the item back and once received a their warehouse I was issued a credit note. However, as I didn't aim to order with the supplier ever again I demanded a refund. Their customer service replied to me saying that I had purchased a Sales items and their T&Cs stated that no refund can be issued on Sales items. In fact most of their products are on Sales and therefore would be excluded from return. I replied that their T&C conflict with the ACL Act 2015 law with states that customers have the right to get a full refund on returned items. After numerous email going back and forward I received an email from Maxine D, the Senior Customer Service Manager, saying that The Look Edit would not refund for the returned goods as their T&C, which I agreed to, states that any Sales items are excluded from a full refund. Today I went to my bank to open a dispute case to make use of my customer rights.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company, unless you have plenty of money and time to waste.
