Great prices and friendly enough when you can finally get through to someone; which is one of the issues for me. Communicating with them can be tricky. Also, the lack of process that enables you to amend orders is frustrating as the only way around it is to cancel the whole order get a refund and start again (and this can't be done until someone finally answers the phone). Other than that, Great company to use.

I have been using The Loot Room for just over a year now and I've always been extremely happy with the service, responses and prices offered. I can supply a long list of order numbers to demonstrate my genuineness.

I have had to wait for some orders for up to a few weeks but this has generally been down to Loot Room's suppliers. Alys and Chris are always quick to respond on Facebook Messenger when I ask for updates and are always happy to cancel individual items if I don't want to wait

The website is extremely clear on what's in stock, what's on it's way and what can be back-ordered. I know that the latter may involve a longer wait but always accept this and accept that any delay is down to suppliers rather than Loot Room themselves

I think the subscription fee is well worth it given the huge discounts available

I really rate Loot Room. They have great prices on their products. Including discounts on other systems other than GW. They have recently added Corvus Belli Infinity range. Most importantly then have great customer service and have proved it time and time again with me.
