What a find this company is. A superb range of quality, beautifully designed products. But also great service at competitive pricing.
What is there not to like!!

I ordered the "Victor" Mango Wood Adjustable Length Entertainment Unit.Omg I frikken love it. It is the same as pictured on their website, easy to assemble, and a quality, beautiful piece. My only issue is that I didn't receive any delivery updates or msgs. I'm glad I was home when it did turn up because my neighbours steal everything. Anywho, I'm so happy! Thank you Mango Tree

Today we came down to london for our 30th wedding anniversary - booked mango several months ago as pre theatre timing for Hamilton excellent. Four minutes before our scheduled time of 12 we received an email and phone call to tell us our party of six was cancelled . The email contained no apology or explanation.
Speaking to them they said the block had a power cut - we were standing outside so a few lights were on in the block ..maybe they had a back up generator

My issue isn’t that they were lying or they had an unavoidable mishap

It was that a ) no apology

B) although the person we spoke to was told they were notified early this morning they chose to give us five minutes allowing zero chance On a Saturday lunchtime to find an equivalent venue for six

A couple of hours of notice may have given us a chance of rescuing the situation; so thanks for nothing and not caring

We was very disappointed. Took our grandchildren for a treat. food wasn't up to our usual standard, all sauce and not much chicken on our Korma's. My husband ordered tika masala it came looking more like a chicken kebab luckily we had spare sauce off ours to put on his. Service was abrupt. Price was questionable, expensive and wouldn't give us a detailed receipt to check the amount.

Always have an amazing experience with the mango tree, amazing customer service both online and in store. Items ordered online arrive quick and I'm kept up to date throughout the delivery process. Highly recommend

Few delay issues to begin with, but it arrived in time for Christmas

Had a chance to visit the shop and it was brilliant, great selection and owner was very friendly, had a very personalised experience which made the difference. I will definitely be shopping again!

Order placed for an item that website stated was in stock. Tried to contact them when my order was still in processing a week later. No answer to phone calls, no replies to emails. Facebook Messenger message finally replied that they would look into it and then no more contact. Messaged again to be told there was a fault woth my item which was why it wasn’t dispatched did I want them to try to source another item or a refund. I requested a refund. Again - no reply. Have now resorted to contacting them via Paypal. Two weeks after my order was placed - no item, no refund and ridiculously difficult to contact and get a reply. Will never order from them again

Ordered a raincoat for my daughter over 2 weeks ago nothing has arrived. Absolutely shocking. I have emailed requesting a refund

I found The Mango Tree when I was looking to purchase some new wooden toys for my daughter. Found the site and payment easy to use and I was kept in touch throughout the processing.

However there was an issue with one of my items, therefore I emailed simply to give feedback to the brand. I was phoned imediately and told that a piece would be sent direct from the brand. This was August. Knowing they were an NL company I knew it might be a while. In November I contacted TMT again to say i had not received anything. I was told over the phone again that they were going to send me a piece and claim back. This also never arrived. We arrive at March, knowing that Brexit, Covid and Christmas has now settled the delivery system and I contact them again. Once I was acknowledged, I was told they were sending a complete item to me that day as it was now discontinued. This has also never arrived.

Considering I found the original response to my feedback excellent, to now have been forgotten or misled and then not even followed up after my third contact regarding this I am now no longer singing the praises for TMT and thier customer service.

I had looked forward to making Christmas purchases and then 2nd birthday gifts but I now believe TMT never intended to recifty this fault with an item and therefore I do not recommend them anymore.

My partner has registered an account to order the Little Dutch walker with wooden blocks for our son's 1st birthday in Feb. He is an emergency service worker so followed the steps on the website for applying the Blue Light Card discount. Nothing has shown up on his account and he has had no email/contact so no discount has been applied.

Placed an order and had the knobs we wanted within 48 hours. Reasonably priced and excellent service - Highly Recommended.

We would looked at a lot of work benches before we decided on this one and unfortunately we missed out to begin with when it sold out. So happy they got more stock in!!
Great product, well built and packaged. My 2yo son is happy as!!

Beautiful workbench. I thought it would be difficult to assemble but it wasn't. There is nothing I could fault.

This on line store is a great find! I had to contact re a delivery I thought would not arrive and they responded in record time and came up with a quick solution. Sometimes things can go wrong ... the sign of a good company is how quickly they respond to messages and how they sort it out. They have great products too so I will be using them again for sure !

Excellent service. Everything worked fine. They keep us posted all the way through. At first we were not sure if purchase from them as we didn’t know this company and we usually shop from the usual suspects like smallable, scandiborn etc. But I can say we discovered a great option!

Ordered 2 items only received 1 after numerous emails no 2nd item has arrived and have not been refunded either
