From my personal experience, not all of the flavours are good, some are a decent treat, but you also do kind of have to really be into marshmallows to like them, which I'm not a huge fan of. I just saw a few videos on their social media account and eventually caved in and have some regrets, but you live and learn.

The flavours I personally liked were mint chocolate, chocolate caramel m&m, and fairy bread. Every other flavour, which includes the best flavours bundle, was so bad I don't think I will be finishing the rest.

For what they are worth, I certainly don't think I will be buying back from them, as I spent well over $130 aud for some ok tasting marshmallows.

I would recommend their marshmallows only if you can afford to buy them. Don't go spending money on buying multiple of one flavour until you have at least tried it first, big mistake I made with rock road. Which I actually tried ordering 6 choc caramel m&m's but ordered 6 rocky road not really the company's fault.

Mashmellow and co yummy, they have dairy free options too say what . How cool. Many yummy favours. I recently tried their choc freckle Easter egg mashmellow, and candy floss mashmellow. They were both very yummy. The fairy floss one is dairy free.

Shipping was fine however all 3 flavours I got have a horrible salty,almost soap like flavour that spoilt them. Would not recommend.

Wow! I wish, like many, that I had read the reviews! Shipping was extremely slow and communication non existent- well oddly communication was spot on prior to my order when I had a question about the shelf life! After 2 weeks, delivery states 3-5 days, of no delivery I emailed them stating that I needed them by a certain date, no response, I emailed again, no response, I rang, no answer! Then 4 weeks after I placed the order I submitted a repayment request via my bank stating that I had possibly been scammed then low and behold I received an email from Royal Mail saying they had my parcel. I emailed the company again as I am no longer at the address but still no answer.

It's such a shame as I really want to support smaller businesses and other than this one I normally get a good service.

Advice to the company is don't over promise, if you can't deliver with 3-5 days don't say it! And please check your emails!

Product is inedible and customer service will not make problem right. Do not buy.

I love them i have brought these so many time and I've tried nearly all the flavours, my brother, husband and daughter were all blown away woth how tasty they are. Highly recommend trying

Never received my order. Ordered the Halloween flavors on October 4th. They only have a shelf life of 2 months. It’s Halloween now and been a month and no marshmallows. No shipping updates in 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone and they don’t do refunds under any circumstance. $50 with shipping for 3 flavors of marshmallows! Do not give your business

I ordered from the Marshmallow company, expecting to receive a special tasting lot of marshmallow. What a let down it was. All taste the same, no matter what the flavour name is on the package. It was tougher than I would expect gourmet marshmallow to be. All in all, a waste of my money. I would not recommend buying this at all.

So far only tried two or the five flavours bought Lemon Meringue and Milo. Lemon Meringue was okish but had a strange taste. Milo was terrible barely any milo and and strange chemical taste. Disappointed do not buy. Local shipping.

Don't do it. I emailed them after 5 days requesting shipping information and no response. I ended up requesting a cancellation and still no response. Absolutely not worth it.

It took over two weeks to get my order. When it arrived I only got half my order because it said
the other half was damaged. The company would not refund my order that I did not get. I had to get a credit and still pay shipping again. The marshmallows were absolutely disgusting. They tasted like chemicals. The flavors were horrible. I spent over 100.00 for a terrible product. No wonder the company doesn’t guarantee their product. They know it’s not good and everyone would send them back. Do not buy!!!!

My son ordered this for his brithday in June 2025 with his own birthday money. 70+ dollars. The delivery didnt get to us two times.
It had a setting where it automatically changed the zip code on our address entered, that I checked twice.
We went through this both times, and the second time they don't even know were it got to. we even paid extra for secure delievery. I was hoping we would at this point get a refund.
The only thing they said they can do is give credit to our order, both times. first time we were patient and reordered. but the seocnd time, it doesn't make sense, we checked twice for the adress before we sent it and it was correct. This hasbeen going on since June, and we have been patient. Not worth ordering unless you are living in Austrailia. We are now waiting for a a store credit again.

Got gimmicked; in the post-covid lockdown era of grifting this is definitely one of those companies.

Marshmallows taste horrible; smell like asmr-sensory slime chemicals. Shipping was long but I expected that and don't consider that as the review being 1 star - its the fact these are not gourmet let alone palatable. What a joke.

I was silly enough to fall for the hype and fake reviews. I can understand people overseas complaining about slow shipping, when it took me almost 3 weeks to get my order and I live in Australia! First I was shocked at how small the marshmallow are, online they look huge and I thought the size justified the big price tag, but no they're really only a bit over 1inch square. 75% of my order had me thinking I was eating foam dish sponges coated in sugar, the texture of them is just like a foam sponge. Only the marshmallows that have a topping taste good, but that's literally only because of the m&m, chocolate or Nerds topping, the marshmallow on its own has virtually no taste at all!
I wish I saw these reviews before buying, only after purchase did I realise customers can't actually leave a review on their website, such a con!
Store bought marshmallows are better tasting and vastly cheaper, a far better option.

To be honest, I don't know what these people are talking about. These marshmallows were good, especially the caramel de lache. I do not know why these people are saying it's bad, but maybe it's because I'm in the same country as the marshmallow and co. But tbh I liked my marshmallows, but Kinder Bueno domes is a must try. 😊

Mint Slice is AWFUL! Smelt like crap and tasted worse. Gross!

I should have checked the reviews like the rest of yall. I got my 6 marshmallows today, a month and some days after! They only stated that it would take 10 days to ship, after 17 days I emailed them and the next day they shipped it. Their website has reviews under each flavor but oddly we can’t write a review. Do NOT support this company! They spend more time on TikTok and YouTube making videos instead of actually fulfilling customers orders. I was being nice supporting a small business, but they are not professionals and they don’t care that their marshmallows take over a month to show, oh, and to top it off, they arrived MELTED! Complete waste of money and time.

It does take a while for the marshmallows to come if you live out of the country.But it’s worth the wait! They are the best tasting marshmallow you would ever taste.I highly recommend these marshmallows!

Don’t use these guys. I wish I read the reviews before I made my order (all 1/5 star). My order won’t make it for Easter even though I ordered it at the beginning of April and when phoned the excuse was the don’t receive communication from their kitchen and therefore not sure when it can be shipped. Unhelpful and unorganised. I won’t be using them again.
