I have recently begun the process of trying to secure a mortgage and get my own property. Louise and Kevin have been working with myself and so far the process has been great.

Both Louise and Kevin have been excellent from start to finish with my mortgage advice and brokering. I have had a, what I would assume, is a unique situation of purchasing a property from a family member and also selling a property at the same time. Unfortunately due to time scales I was unable to complete purchase with my first offer even after Kevin and Louise going back and forth with the lender to extend and change value of the original mortgage offer. As soon as Louise knew this was going to happen she had gotten straight onto the case of organising a new offer in a tighter time frame which was done successfully. I have been kept informed through every step of the way and I cannot thank Louise and Kevin enough for all their help.
