My Broker, Andy Stinson, was truly amazing. He supported us through the mortgage process, infact before the process to ensure we were prepared. Without him we would not be in our dream home. He was a great communicator, put our minds at ease and stayed with us every step of the mortgage journey and beyond. He was a true professional and definately highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage!

Would like to thank Andy for sorting a difficult remortgage. We had a mortgage coming to the end and needed to do some refinancing. We had tried other mortgage advisors with no luck and at a high cost.
And we came across Andy and got in touch. Andy from the start made you feel at ease. Very easy to talk with very knowledgeable and so helpful.
Andy got us a mortgage but this did not work for us, after talking with Andy we decided to go for a different mortgage Andy just applied for it and this worked out a lot better for us. If you're having problems please give Andy a try. Can't thank Andy enough for the help the patience and for getting us a mortgage. Thanks Andy you have saved us.

Andy Stinton could not do enough for us very helpful indeed. He made getting a mortgage so easy for us and kept us up to date with what was going on. Andy was great throughout the application, getting us a DIP very quickly which enabled us to get the house we wanted. He was always on hand to answer any questions and getting any issues resolved quickly. He was also very accommodating with all the changes as we had to change the property we were buying a few times. Excellent Support from Andy – Highly Recommended

I had some challenges with my Right to Buy purchase, particularly around the credit checks and concerns about the building’s safety. Things were getting quite difficult until I met Andy.

He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His advice and guidance made a big difference—especially as I was working with a trainee solicitor from the conveyancing firm, which added its own complications.

Andy helped me stay on track, explained things clearly, and was always available when I had questions or concerns. Thanks to his help, I was able to complete the purchase successfully.

I’m very grateful for his support and would happily recommend him to anyone going through a similar process.

I must add, he even rendered one significant help on the contract exchange day, of which if not for him the purchase wouldn’t have happened.

Andy has to be the best mortgage advisor I have come across by far. The way he dealt with remortgaging of my property was second to none, and was so responsive over text messages and even answering calls when called upon on.
So calm and collected person and never got angry with asking so many questions as you would, when going through the whole process and trying to find the best deal out there and so helpful with even filling out forms for you!

Just to let people know Andrew stinson has gone above and beyond for us nothing is any trouble to him he is always there to help with anything you need all me and Louise can say is one big thankyou for making this possible 😊
