Excellent customer service
They sold out of the original shorts I ordered. Niayl promptly emailed to apologise for website not updating, asked if I would like to swap for any of the other shorts of the same brand. I didn't like them so he then sent me photos of shorts that hadn't been uploaded to the website yet. I didn't fancy them so decided to swap for a pair of fairtex shorts. They unfortunately then sent out the wrong size shorts! Before they had arrived Niayl spotted the error and instead of asking me to return and exchange for the right size, Niayl emailed to say I could keep the larger size and also the correct size that was on the way as I had had so much hassle with the order. Amazing customer service this is how all companies should strive to handle customer issues. Have already recommended them to training partners and will deffinetly be buying from them again!

Great communication and quick delivery

Great delivery, can’t believe they made it here so quickly from Thailand! Tracking was great, I could see where the gloves were every step of the way AND my gloves were £30 cheaper than anywhere else in the UK selling them 10/10

I ordered Large blue shin pads and after quite a few days nothing had arrived. I messaged the supplier and informed them that I had not received them. They immediately sent out another pair and they safely arrived. really excellent service and highly recommend their products. I will be purchasing more equipment when needed
