The Nappy Lady Reviews

Amazing communication, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my twins! Products are top notch x

Thanks nappy lady! 🥰

Great experience. The advice service was very good and the site has so much choice, with helpful information about all the many nappies out there! There was a nappy missing from my order and I phoned to let them know. The nappy was sent out very quickly

So pleased with our bargain little lovebum quickdry nappies. Bought 3 in the sale and loved them so much (they really do dry so quickly) we bought some more a few days later! I like how slim they are and hoping they’ll be nice and straightforward for our childminder days. Also bought a totsbots nappy bucket which is just the right size for a big enough wash. Thanks! ☺️

A few days before a long-awaited holiday, I realised my period would probably arrive whilst I was away. Ordered a pair of period bikini bottoms. They arrived really quickly and fit well. They provided peace of mind whilst I was away and were suitable for light flow.

Absolutely brilliant, advice and support every step of the way and excellent service. Cant recommend highly enough!

Really helpful website and wonderful nappies

Great advice for Nappies that would work best for us. Nappies arrived quick. Will order again.

I found the nappy lady website had everything I needed to find out about reusable nappies and discover what I wanted through the questionnaire. I completed it twice, having discovered what my priorities were after the first time and doing more research. The response time to questions was quick and the information is very clearly presented. It is also very helpful to have suggestions of the extras that you need such as nappy bins, liners and a laundry bag for out and about. I was able to purchase everything I needed and am on day 2 of reusable nappies!

Excellent communication and service. Would definitely buy again from TNL. Thanks 🙏🏻

Love TNL! Such a great company with heaps of information how to embark on a reusable nappy journey. All the products I bought so far were great.

Amazing service from this lovely company. Received my personalised nappy recommendations really soon after filling out their survey, and it was so helpful in deciding which system to go for. I went for the free delivery option and it came a lot sooner than I expected too, all carefully packed. Quality of the items is good. Definitely recommend supporting this company if you’re thinking of buying some resusable nappies :)

Excellent advice service taking into account my personal wishes and needs. Great products. Parcel arrived very rapidly and with good updates.

The Nappy Lady is just brilliant.
So informative, so helpful, and they've done all the research for you, so you can get the nappies that suit your baby best. Hurrah for the Nappy Lady!

Even with international shipping my parcel got here safely and quickly. Nappies are gorgeous, very happy mama!

Fab selection of products, fast delivery and very helpful reviews and videos. Will be back!

Great products and really useful information provided. Delivery was a little slow but really happy when I received the nappies and I like the plastic free packaging.

Clear and comprehensive advice, with options which reflected individual preferences. Would have been lost without the Nappy Lady and her team!

I asked for advice and everyone I spoke with was so supportive, well-informed and friendly. The items arrived well packaged with minimal plastic and far quicker than the shipping estimates at checkout. Honestly such a lovely experience, I’d highly recommend them to anyone (and in fact already have)!

Really helpful staff and quick despatch. Good quality items as always.
