The Nappy Lady Reviews

Fantastic informative website. Easy to order and speedy delivery. Happy with all the products I ordered :)

Hired newborn nappies - they sent them to me straight away so I could get used to them before baby was born but our 3 months hire doesn't start until baby due date. Excellent service.

Excellent quality products and fantastic customer service from The Nappy Lady.
I originally only ordered the washable fleece nappy liners but decided I wanted to also purchase the premium fleece/cotton washable wipes. I contacted The Nappy Lady who were most helpful and added the additional product to my order.
Delivery was very quick. I was given tracking details so I knew exactly when my parcel would arrive.
Both items are lovely quality and soooo soft. Lovely for my newborn granddaughter.
Thank you The Nappy Lady I am very pleased with my purchase and will highly recommend you to my family and friends.

Quick delivery, good prices and discounts

Just what we needed at a good price

The best website to get an honest and true view of cloth nappies. Super easy to order from. A great variety of nappies! Got all I needed.

Great service with personal touch.

I found the nappy questionarre form a real help and products have all been great.

Great site with lots of good info on cloth nappies and how to use them. Has a good range of different styles and accessories too. I got a complete set of nappies for a steep discount (more than 50% off). Will definitely be buying from there again.

I loved the plastic free shipping, prompt dispatch, and have already begun using our order to cloth nappy our 2-year-old!

Can’t wait to order again, the prints are too cute!

Great service as always. Ordered 3x nappy wraps, a little lamb and 2 tots bots. Great price and arrived as expected. Highly recommend x

Quick delivery, excellent recommendations provided by the nappy lady. Wide range of products with detailed and accurate reviews.

Although we can't review the actual products (bought well in advance of baby arriving), the service through the nappy lady was brilliant. Clear to see what was/wasn't in stock so we could choose accordingly, quick dispatch and delivery. Excellent!

Really imformative website, with lots of tips for the newbie. Great products and reasonable prices

Quick deliver with environmental conscious packaging.

Exactly what I needed! We will have no problems in Europe with baby swimming requirements.

Great range of products, good price, quick delivery and detailed descriptions on each product.

Great product

Fantastic customer service.
I had ordered the wrong nappy bundle after being confused on the website between pocket nappies and all in one with boosters (my fault). The website could be clearer, by having a photo of the inside of the nappies in the bundle and listing the boosters as an item in the list.

When I got in touch they confirmed that if I returned the pocket ones I'd ordered they'd send me the all in one ones. They were quick to send and I'm really happy with the nappies.

Quick and efficient service and delivery.
