The Online Letting Agents Ltd Reviews

My experience with The Online Letting Agents was hugely positive. Quick and cheerful communications, with clear instructions for every next step. I felt well guided and in control of the process. The reference checks and e-signing was really smooth. Real value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you TOLA Ltd (and especially Sarah)

I've found TOLS to be amazing - not something I'd normally say about an estate agency! Faultless service, incredibly helpful, going above and beyond expectations.

We have received really great service from the Online Letting Agent. They are responsive and helpful throughout, and work hard with us to manage our properties.

I am very happy with the service provided. Has been worth every penny.

The Online Letting Agency are very efficient and most of all they know how to communicate.5 star service all the way.!!!!

Excellent service and exceed expectations. Every aspect of a high street agency, with the added benefit of getting to meet prospective tenants and get a much better feel for who is the best fit for the home. After that, TOLA take care of everything else.

We have used the tenant finding previously, and are now using the managed service. Initial reaction is it is very good value.

The service I received from the Online Letting Agent was brilliant. They were easy to get hold of on the phone, responded quickly to my emails and really did guide me through the whole process step by step. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be using them next time.

I'm a professional landlord with properties in London and one of the early clients of the Online Lettings Agents, around 10 years. As a client I have always found their service professional, friendly and seamless, they have always answered any questions I have on all matters related to lettings. They offer a great service for any landlord or property owner letting property without having to pay high street fees of 7 -12 percent plus VAT, or around one months rent in many cases.

Apart from the financial savings the other advantages I found are that since you do your own viewings you are able to assess if the prospective tenant/s are suitable for the property. In my case I have sometimes sent applicants along allowing the tenants living there to show a property and answer any questions, in many cases this works well as long as you are fair and have a good relationship with them.

It’s very straight forward so why not give it a go, you can always use a high street agent along side, but sometimes this can get tricky if you are both contacted by the same applicants, high street agents always want their commission.

You decide!

We have been using The Online Letting Agents Ltd for several years now and would never consider using another company. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and the response times are excellent. In one word "Amazing". Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service they provide.

Been using TOLA for a while for 3 rentals. Always efficient prompt friendly and inexpensive. Can’t think why one would use anyone else really.

I have been with Justlets of Southport for almost 10 years and have found them to be most professional and thorough. They answered my queries immediately and are a friendly family firm. I would absolutely recommend them to landlords.

I have been using TOLA for many years now, and each time they have always exceeded expectations, with sound advice and excellent customer service and its always the same team members which is reassuring, I would definitely recommend TOLA to any Landlord.

This is the 5th year that TOLA have been managing my rental property and am very happy with their performance. Magda and the team are always super responsive and helpful, and make every effort to get everything right for both the tenants and myself. I will continue to use TOLA over the coming years and would happily recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish I would highly recommend this company. They have exceeded expectations and are consistently professional, friendly and full of integrity. When needed they also supported me to hold a needed boundary with a tricky situation with previous tenant. They have now found me fantastic tenants and handled the transfer so well. I am so glad I moved agents and found them. Fantastic service.

Excellent service throughout. I have used TOLA the second time round and I highly recommend them to anyone. They will save you a lot of money and hassle and have all the services required for the various things you need to do for the tenancy. Overall comparing their price to the high street agency, one could save potentially thousands of pounds.

I haven't seen better customer services from any other high street agencies. Sarah was co-ordinating my renewal and she was extremely helpful and so prompt in answering any of my queries. Thank you so much Sarah for your help throughout the process from listing to the signing of the new Tenants.

I will definitely be recommending TOLA to all my family and friends who need to rent out their properties. Highly recommend to anyone who is reading this review.

Thank you Sarah and the TOLA team for providing such a great Service.
