When you work hard for months, they find reasons to block your account making your points unredeemable! No complaints work, they are as rude as robbers!

This website have worst customer support. I am unable to redeem my points from last 2 months and i have also send many mails to the team regarding that but they keep on telling me to wait for 2 working days. Instead of solving my problem they keep on telling me same thing again and again. And some of their survey also not give reward when completed. If I send complain about this then also the have the same answer everytime, and do not give points. I hope after reading this review they will try to enhance their customer support.

I can't redeem the points I earned without completing my profile, which, oddly enough cannot be done. Absolute rubbish!

I’ve had an awful experience with this service. The management is ridiculously slow. Most surveys seem like scams—whenever I try to complete one, I often get instantly disqualified. And if by some miracle I manage to complete a survey, I’m told that the points will be transferred within eight weeks, but it feels more like eight million weeks. In the end, the whole process comes across as fake and dishonest. Definitely not worth the time!

Plusieurs sondages sont en attente de validation depuis 9 mois, pour un montant qui avoisine les 15 euros, le SAV me promet depuis 9 MOIS que la situation va être régularisé ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs, je m’apprête à saisir la répression des fraudes si la situation ne change pas d’ici la fin d’année. Its a trap by giving 300 points i have tried over 30+ surveys since 10 days but i was disqualified even by chance if i qualify any survey then its sige closes before submission.
Now i am going to close my account and try using ipsos, lifepoint, they are better then this bad gateway.

Siempre pude canjear los puntos con facilidad pero ahora no me permite hacer la verificación de teléfono, que es necesaria para el canje, por ningún medio, tengo 9000 puntos en revisión hace meses y suficientes puntos para realizar varios canjes. Me comunique por todos los medios y no obtengo respuesta. Cuando me lo solucionen cambiaré mí reseña

My TPS account is inactive and I can't login in my account.i completed my profile 100% at this time issue happened. I completed 130+ surveys in my account. I am regularly fill Survey in TPS myself in my mobile phone. Please active my account immediately and I can't redeem 😔 my points in my account after 5200 above point. I request many times in TPS mail but not getting any reply regarding activation account.

I have tried about 10 times to verify. Not getting a missed call to verify my cell number. When I do get a miss call they say the last four numbers are incorrect. Have contacted them but I never get a reply

I hate it when companies like this cheat. I completed a survey . I was shown the last page but maybe due to some technical problems with coding of the survey , I was not redirected to TPS page . I was not credited the 2k points for wasting a reasonable time on the survey. I wrote support with screenshots and they robbed me of my points refusing to credit me . I won't recommend a site that lies and steals peopl's time for nothing

Solo perdite di tempo, non si è mai idonei ai sondaggi. Dopo aver compilato i dati iniziali, non si è mai idonei. Vergognoso! Subito cancellato! Poco seri!!! Non perdete tempo con questi buffoni!

Pessimo. Arrivano sondaggi, non sei mai adatta x partecipare e intanto si pigliano giù i dati, oppure a metà sondaggio ti dicono che non puoi continuare e perdi solo tempo.
Per riscuotere 4 euro 500 punti sudati mesi e mesi. Ci sono panel molto migliori. Riscattato i punti come tutti, non ti arriva più nulla. Disiscritta.

This application that fools the panelists should not be downloaded and carried out surveys in it, it will take you 3 months to receive points , and 1 more month for payment, Don't believe their ads and FAQs.

For those of you who are admins of this application, I can tell you, most of the panelists who fill out surveys are looking to make money, not just to enrich your company.

Recalée presque à chaque coup avec des messages d erreur. La mise à jour du mot de passe ne fonctionne pas. 300 points à revoir depuis septembre 23. Site d enquêtes que je ne recommande vraiment pas.
