They kick you out from survey when you done the whole survey. Waste of time

I have been on this site, a few months, and am still waiting for my rewards from the beginning. I have got some later reward points. The web site, is easy to use, and logical. You are given a survey list, each with a number. Of the 6 surveys, I get a problem with each one. A problem is the Survey is under construction, and not usable, but you have to start it to see that. Problem 2 with a new survey, is this error "Sorry, the maximum number of responses has been met." Why present a survey, if it is already filled, or is unusable. Other errors for the other 4 surveys today are "Your responses differ from our requirement at the moment!" without even giving 1 opinion, inside the survey. Presenting surveys again, that have been filled in already. Nothing on the site gives any indication that these 6 surveys are all broken, and unusable, and you have to daily start a few surveys, to see that most don't work. The survey department of the company is their worst point, for a survey company.

TPS needs to do better. I've answered several surveys now and all the points for the surveys are yet to be credited to my account. Why do I have to wait for months before getting the reward for answering a survey? Survey panels credit you your reward immediately after answering them but TPS will make you wait for so long just because your 'points are in review'. It makes the panel really boring and unrewarding. I wouldn't recommend.

Estoy muy enfadada con éste panel ya que tengo 1400 puntos en revisión ganados hace casi 1 año. Les he enviado varios emails, me dicen que lo pasan a un departamento y llevo 3 meses así.
Además cuando solicitas un canje de puntos tardan en enviarte el regalo al menos 2 semanas.
Es mi única mala experiencia con un sitio de encuestas.

Have been happily a member for a long time. Suddenly after having my redemption reversed and a day later I cannot login. I contact customer service and I'm told my account has been flagged, when it was their own fault, after completing Captchas I'd instantly get so many error messages screening me out for rushed answers? Rushed when I couldn't even start. Next time I contacted customer services again, I'm told it's because I have more than 1 account, which is completely false, I've had the 1 account for years. I dont understand why I'm suddenly being treated so badly from what I thought was a good company.

Si sa che per i sondaggi non sempre si viene presi, e ok se qualche volta si viene esclusi. Con questo sito di sondaggi sinceramente non venivo mai accettata ma oggi abbiamo battuto il record. Mi è arrivata l’e-mail, l’ho aperta e subito mi è parsa una pagina una faccina☹️ che mi dice che ho risposto al sondaggio troppo in fretta! Si vede che dovevo aprire l’e-mail più lentamente. Ora disinstalla perché mi fa solo perdere tempo

He sido miembro de thepanelstation durante mucho tiempo, aunque me han descalificado mucho sigo intentando con otras encuestas. Puedo cangear los puntos a través de PayPal sin ningún problema.
Hay encuestas fáciles de entender, muy interesantes y divertidas para compartir nuestra opinión. Disfruto mucho mientras las respondo.
Me gusta mucho esta aplicación. Nunca he tenido problemas que amerite llevarlos a Servicio al cliente.

Waste of time. Points in review are pending for ages, more than 2 months in my case. Frustrating answers from them.

Se avete tempo da perdere è il posto che fa per voi. Questi signori, con sede in India, vi fanno compilare tantissimi sondaggi con la promessa di tanti punti. Peccato che poi con mille scuse e pretesti, ne annullino tantissimi. In pratica, si garantiscono tanti sondaggi gratuiti sfruttando le persone ignare di sapere a cosa vanno incontro.

Far too complex, largely a waste of time, and they often refuse to give you points. It takes ages to log into a survey due to endless test questions that are repetitive and unnecessary. If you complete a survey, they can take over a year to give you points and half the time do not give any. They then blame their client despite the survey having been completed more than a year ago.

Since I wrote this critical review below I have not been able to finish a survey without being screened out ,credited with one single completed survey, no change in my money in two months.

Panel Station is by far the most awkward and confusing set out yet in the survey world. The dashboard looks like the space shuttle control panel with seemingly meaningless flashing lights and displays to navigate and you never really have any clue how many points you need to cashout to get to a voucher or Ebay etc.

Points are often locked down for further inspection and the survey 'to do' list rarely refreshed or spring cleaned and full of clutter and surveys you have already tried to do, often duplicated. Then the display is different sometimes when you log in and even more clutter to negotiate.
If you do get to a cashout point they have this pedantic security question when Panel Station sends an automated call to your phone but it often doesn't like the number of digits in your phone number and so more hassle. It takes forever to cashout and you are still not sure you have cashed out as you have to return to the NASA dashboard to see if you have used your points up.

Then they have this bonkers- unneeded -bonus points thing meaning more clutter. You cant use those to earn rewards but have to bid on trying to win rewards with them. The auction for that is rather random too so I would avoid that bit.

Finding your Amazon voucher on site is also hard work as they dont seem to email it to you. I still dont know where my latest reward code will show up on site.

I have managed to cash out a few times but so obfuscating here I may well bail.

This is a bad application. Points in review takes more than 4-6 weeks as they stated. To get help is a almost impossible, they just closed your complaints without being solved. To redeem your points is another issue. Sometime you complete more than 50% of survey and receive a message says you are not qualified for survey. Some questions are repetitive.
In short they are not reliable. There are more other survey much better
