Watered Down
The Ombré nomade is watered down, even when first sprayed it lasts 5minutes then smells like alcohol sanitizer. Makes sense considering it’s £20 for 10ml which would mean they’re making a loss.

The baccarat rouge 540 was watered down…
The baccarat rouge 540 was watered down no smell to it and wore of within an hour. A lot of reviews are saying perfume watered down. For the price I’m disappointed I would go else where.

Your order was shipped on 2nd October and should have been with you in a day or two as we use Royalmail's 1st Class Service. It is possible that Royalmail has delivered your package to a wrong address, however it is worth calling them and confirming. The ombré nomad is diluted thank goodness I already own one and just wanted a sample size. I took it to the store this evening and the confirmed it as it is lighter than the original. The original is darker due to the intensity! Why do you guys do this??

Sir, you placed an ordered on Saturday 9th Sept evening. Our fulfilment team works from Monday to Friday, hence your order was fulfilled on Monday 11th Sept and handed over to Royalmail on12th Sept for 1st class next day delivery. You should have received the package by 13th or 14th, however there are delays from Royalmail side due to their shortage of staff in certain distribution centres. We called Royalmail and they confirmed that your package is in transit. You too can call them for update on 03457 740740 and provide them with your tracking number. Royalmail has stopped online tracking services for 1st class services, hence you have to call them for status update. We request you to wait for couple of days more and you should receive the item.

Item received in good time 4 days from…
Item received in good time 4 days from order to delivery however the delivery service was shocking. Left behind a bin outside and no note to advise it had been left there. When found the box was soaking wet and thankfully the item was wrapped in bubble wrap inside to protect it.
Given a 3 due to the delivery service having very poor communication as received email to advise delivered when got home no card and no advise regarding where the item had been left. It took me to email the company to find out where it was.

Hi Angela, Sorry to hear that you had bad experience with delivery. We send all our full bottle deliveries with EVRI for next day delivery. There is always a tracking number provided to customer for tracking the delivery. EVRI always takes a photo when delivering the parcel and uploads it to their tracking site. We are glad that the package was good enough to save it from rain. We will inform this incident to EVRI for future deliveries. Thanks.

Easy website to use, only disappointment was I didn't receive an email confirming the purchase, or an email to let me know that the goods had been dispatched.
The goods however were well wrapped and delivered with care by our local Evri courier.
