Excellent Customer Service!
I went into town with my sister yesterday in Leeds and visited The Perfume Shop. I was served by Jaimie, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
I wanted to buy a perfume for my dad’s birthday, and Jaimie took the time to understand what I wanted. He talked me through the different options and prices, and explained that I could also get a hamper or ribbon to make the gift extra special.
I decided to purchase Prada Paradigm 30ml, and I really appreciated the time and care Jaimie put into helping me. The customer service was excellent, and he was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend visiting The Perfume Shop and speaking to Jaimie. Thank you for such a great experience!

Don’t order online for store collection it won’t happen
Ordered online a bottle of Chanel for men and chose to collect from my local store as I was going on holiday the next day, the email came through and it said you have chose to have delivered! I did not!
Rung the store and explained the lady I spoke to said it’s a glitch on the website it’s happening all the time! She said speak to customer services.
So I rung them what a waste of my time that was they would not cancel the order even though it was there issue and they would still send it out even though I explained I am going on holiday so I won’t be there for 3 weeks, they told me to contact my bank? Really they didn’t do a thing it’s down to the retailer to have a brain cell and just cancel it, customer services is very difficult as sounds like in a foreign country so as usual don’t care!!!
I have now had to purchase the same item twice so now out of pocket £104.00!!!!
And now another bottle will be appearing on my doorstep when I’m not there for 3 weeks why is it so hard these days to get customer service probably because these companies employ inadequate staff!
Never will I use the perfume shop again!!

Thank you for your review, I am sincerely sorry to read about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly when you specifically chose store collection because you were due to go on holiday the following day.
Having looked into what you have described, I am very concerned to hear that you selected collection but subsequently received confirmation that your order was being delivered to your home address. This is not an issue I have personally come across before and I will ensure your feedback regarding the ordering journey is escalated internally so that this can be looked into further.
I am also sorry that when you contacted our Customer Services team you were left feeling that there was nothing we could do to support you. Unfortunately, due to our automated fulfilment process, once an order has entered our system we are unable to cancel or amend it before dispatch. However, I am sorry that the alternative options available to you were not clearly explained at the time.
As the parcel has now been successfully delivered to the address on the order and you are away, if possible, we would recommend asking a trusted friend or family member to collect and safely hold the parcel for you until you return.
I also want to reassure you that your comments regarding the service you received have been taken seriously. Regardless of where our Customer Services colleagues are based, we expect every customer to be treated with care, understanding and a genuine willingness to help.
I appreciate that none of this takes away from the inconvenience you have experienced or the fact that you ultimately had to purchase the perfume again before your holiday. Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment caused, and thank you for bringing this experience to our attention.
