The Pipeline Group Reviews

I would highly recommend Rob. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth. He was extremely responsive, reliable and professional throughout, and kept me clearly informed at every stage.

The issue I had was a fairly awkward leak with a concealed toilet cistern and limited access, but Rob took the time to explain the different options available and was clear about what each would involve, which made it much easier to decide how to proceed.

He arrived when he said he would, carried out the work carefully and professionally, and left everything tidy afterwards. I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent he was throughout the whole process.

Would definitely use Rob again and have no hesitation recommending him.

Rob replaced my boiler, plumbed all radiators, utility and kitchen and completed two beautiful bathrooms during my renovation. The standard of work is second to none and exactly what I asked for. Would recommend the Pipeline to anyone looking for a reliable plumber and bathroom fitter.

Very Happy with the work Rob done on our bathroom, was able to fit us in quickly once made first contact.
Very professional and the standard of work was fantastic.

The service on my renovation project was outstanding. The contracted work was completed on time and to a great standard.

I have no complaints and would definitely recommend their services.

The work was completed to a high standard and the labour costs were close to the quoted price. The work started on the agreed date and I was able to move back in to my house on the day planned. I am very pleased with the completed result which looks very good.

Rob was very professional, and got a tricky job done promptly and well. He was very clear and prompt with all his communications too

New Shower and Tiling
5 stars - end to end professionalism from Rob and team. They have managed a difficult job so well and the end result is great. The communication was spot on throughout and we'll absolutely use the Pipeline Group again. Thanks guys.

Rob was polite, friendly and put me at ease. Very professional and thorough. Job completed successfully. Thank you!

The job was a new water tank in the loft. Rob came and explained the work involved. The quote was competitive and would be a two man job, the guys turned up on time and did a really neat job, even the string holding the lagging was precise! Rob was polite, professional, the workmanship was top notch. Really pleased.

Excellent communication and a fantastic job (new shower installed). Rob was highly professional throughout. Thank you!

Rob did a brilliant job and would definitely highly recommend him. We had a full bathroom renovation including new layout plus full fitting alongside a few other jobs including re plumbing upstairs and new radiators throughout

He took real pride in the finish of the work and made sure everything was completed to a high standard

Rob provided a quote, arranged for the work to be done within a week, arrived on time, and completed the work which solved the issue I was having. He then cleaned up the area he was working in afterwards. I’m very happy with the work and would be happy to use the company again

Rob is an excellent tradesman, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. His work is flawless.

Rob and team were great to work with. They updated one of our bathrooms and everything went according to plan and schedule. Time was a critical factor as we wanted to renovate before we moved in. Rob made sure everything was done on time. Friendly and professional with can-do attitude. Would work with them again.

Rob provided an informed and well costed quote, and then delivered a brilliant job. Exactly as we wanted, even when they had to drop pipes to accommodate the low threshold shower tray. Bathroom looks great and you would never know we used to have a bath. Highly recommended.

Rob was recommended to me and I’m very pleased I took the recommendation. I had a fault with a hot water tank and he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem but he also greatly improved the fixings and the pipework. It was all completed in a very quick timeframe, all cleared up afterwards too. Thank you so much!

A really professional job. On time to the minute and stayed late until the job was completed. Very happy with the workmanship.

Rob was recommended by another professional. We had an emergency with our water tank leaking in the loft, and he scheduled us in very quickly. He was professional, did a great job, and I’ll definitely use his services again.

Rob is very professional, always on time and delivers a top job. He had done many jobs around the house for me from large scale to minimal small jobs and I was always happy with the results.

The service was professional and fixed the problem quickly.
