Used for all 3 pregnancies and births! All completely 3 experiences; one c section, one vbac and one homebirth and it helped SO much with every one!!! Loved it. The last 2 were in Australia too but I still needed Siobhan and her expertise to support me through the adventures. Even my husband liked it, and he’s a tough nut to crack

The resources helped me immensely with the births of both my children. The course was affordable, easily accessible and understandable.

Absolutely life changing, I was terrified of giving birth before this course, it reframed my mind and helped me to overcome the fear. When the day came I used the Freya app and felt calm, confident and well prepared. Although the labour didn’t go exactly to the plan and ended in assisted delivery, I felt empowered and in control and when I look back at my birthing experience I wouldn’t change a thing and it’s genuinely one of my happiest memories.

The course was amazing and so supportive for my birth planning. I liked how I could follow them at my own pace and choose which parts that resonated with me. I had a fantastic birthing experience which was empowered by the course and what we learnt together.

A fantastic course that’s more than a course: it’s a community that coaches you to have the best birth experience for you, in bite size chunks that are easy to remember and useful throughout pregnancy, labour and parenting.

Worth every penny!

This course has given me confidence to approach my second birth attempt a VBAC delivery. I feel empowered, informed and knowledgeable about the physiology of birth and that choices available to me.

I had about as much medical intervention as you can get during my son’s birth - it was an emergency c section after days of unexpected complications. However, I look back on the birth with nostalgia and peace and that’s due in large part to the prep that I did via the hypnobirthing course. I used the techniques and resources throughout the process and found that the most important thing for me was that I went into birth informed and feeling calm about the potential routes that I knew could arise. I also coupled some of the techniques with my own religious practices of dhikr and found that they intersected beautifully, bolstering my confidence. I’d really recommend looking into hypobirthing as a tool for every kind of birth, not just the unmedicated, minimal intervention type you may associate it with.

Amazing company and the course helped me so much as a nervous first time mum! This should be available to all on the NHS!

Lots of helpful advice and information to allow me to prepare for the birth. The affirmations were great and I listened to them loads. I’d highly recommend, it was well worth it! Even if you think you don’t need it, you do.

The digital hypnobirthing pack was money well-spent in pregnancy - great value. It gave me the tools to trust my body and understand the physiology of childbirth better, empowered me to make decisions and have others advocate for me, and allowed me to birth both of my babies with confidence and excitement. I’ve recommended to several friends and colleagues. I’m so glad I did the course before going into labour with my first, but I used the techniques during my second labour too.

This is such an amazing value for money course. Gave me and my husband the education we needed. Thanks to this course I gave birth to my first and second child with confidence and knowledge. I felt empowered, I could not recommend it enough.

I found this resource by accident but it was by far the greatest support in my pregnancies. It taught me how to read and to trust my body, and enabled me to advocate for myself. My husband found great comfort in being able to join in with parts of the course as well as learning how to best support me during my labours.

I couldn’t rate the Positive Birth Company and their courses more highly. They’re accessible, engaging and cover such a depth of information, they make everything make sense. The Freya app was invaluable to me during pregnancy for the meditations and through labour.

The tools I learnt during this course were amazing. They made me excited for labour and calm throughout (even when things didn't go as planned). I still use the breathing exercises to this day, great for medical treatments,
pain, anxiety etc

I loved using the Positive Birthing Company hypnobirthing and post partum packs and the freya app. I was able to consume content when I wanted, watch what was applicable to my birth, and let my partner watch parts that were applicable to him. We also went through our birth plan together, and ultimately achieved a natural, unmedicated birth in a midwife led unit - but were so prepared for anything else due to these courses. Thank you!

Amazing and empowering course and resources that helped me feel ready for two very different births. Excellently explained, gives detail of the science behind birth and lots of practical tools and techniques, without being overwhelming. Highly recommend.

Having had quite a difficult first birth, in all honesty I felt a bit apprehensive when I became pregnant again. I was keen to feel more prepared and empowered for the birth of my second child and a friend recommended the online course by PBC. I found it fascinating, especially Siobhan's explanations of the science and mechanisms around birth which made a lot of sense to me. Through an appreciation of the science I started to understand the measures I could take to better prepare myself for birth. I also purchased the Freya app and used this throughout the birth- something I found incredibly helpful, calming and grounding. I'm pleased to say I had an extremely positive experience 2nd time around, and whilst it's impossible to know for sure how it would have gone without me having done the course, I really believe the course and Freya made a big difference to my mindset and how calm and comfortable I was able to remain. Thank you PBC!!

This course was helpful in parts but very idealistic. I enjoyed the breathing exercises and learning about certain aspects of birth, but the course is very anti intervention and tells women birth isn’t painful, which is not helpful. I can imagine some women who don’t have the perfect ‘natural’ birth after this course, would feel quite deflated.
