You are where you are supposed to be. I was separated, living in isolation at our cabin, family and friends reached out occasionally, and I was forced to build an unknown future I did not see as being better than existing. My brother-in-law explained TPM leading to Navigate program. I joined as a personal growth opportunity. I set up a morning routine (ARS) and it began to fill my cup. Understanding the Defensiveness and how I was protecting my image was defined in DEER and I began to have better conversations with my wife. Humbly, some WOLF began to immerge and my wife notice some changes she could not ignore because it was the man she had hoped for since we took our vows 28 years earlier. Inner work is the key to a better and more fulfilling life.

Life changing!…
TPM found me when I was at my lowest point. I thought I was coming to TPM in another attempt to save my marriage. The divorce decree was prepared. Would this be another futile attempt at saving my marriage? No, what happened is that TPM showed me that it was me who needed saving. I did the hard work on myself with unmatched wisdom, and guidance. In fact, my marriage did not end in divorce. Nanci and I now have the best relationship we’ve ever experienced. Prior to doing the work on me. I never heard more beautiful words come from Nancy’s mouth concerning me where it’s like I’m so proud of you, you have become the man I always longed for, and I feel safe with you.All is well in every facet of my life. I give all the glory to God for sending me a group of men that He used to change my life. Make the investment in yourself, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Started off listening to the podcast…
Started off listening to the podcast cause I was stuck, everything Doug spoke about was what I was struggling with. Started taking notes and little by little I felt a change, not cause I had to but cause I wanted to. Been doing the work now for a couple years and I am more at peace in all areas thanks to TPM giving a roadmap on how to grow. Am I perfect no, but it helped me ground myself enough that if my world came crashing down it would suck but I have the tools to rebuild.
I did participate in what I could and as a small business owner I couldn’t do some of the bigger programs but with the resources, the community and the brothers in the group if you really want it there is help available. Highly recommend TPM!!

Absolutely. I’d make it feel less like we are commenting on his progress and more like we genuinely value having him with us.
It means a lot knowing that something as simple as listening to the podcast became the start of a journey you have now been on with us for a couple of years. The fact that you kept taking what resonated, putting it into practice, and finding your own way forward is really special to hear.
What you said about being able to rebuild if your world came crashing down really stood out. That kind of inner grounding is something nobody can take away from you.

Areas are labeled with a bunch of cutesie names rather than accurate descriptions of what they are . Help was not quickly forthcoming .i learned a few tools to practice but i felt the coach didn’t enhance any sense of support or connectedness . Overall not worth the money . Dnpre@ aol.com

This is an excellent program and it has first and foremast saved me, which led to saving my marriage. I have found my strength again and developed myself into the man I can be proud of. I had lost my edge, lost my identity after years of trudging through the corporate ladder, years of struggle in my relationship. With TPM, I found myself again and I am forever thankful. At times, I have not been pleased with the programs and felt that I wasn't getting my money's worth, but the TPM team and coaches listened, responded, and made changes to meet my needs. It's the best men's group I've even been a part of and I've made some of best friends that will last a lifetime.

TPM was exactly what I needed at the time I needed it. I joined when I was going through some very hard times with my family and my wife and my family. If it wasn't for them, I don't know how I would have made it through such a challenging time. I have made lifelong friends across the US and Europe. TPM has made me the man I am today!

It is not an exaggeration to say that joining TPM saved my life. I found exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. When I joined I was overweight, depressed and in a loveless marriage. My life now is unrecognisable. TPM has made me a different man.
When I first joined TAM, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I was in a bad place, and I didn’t know what I needed. From there, I moved into the Brotherhood, and I keep showing up because it works.
The support I have received has been incredible, not only from my coaches, but from a group of amazing men who have all been through their own struggles. It’s not just about relationships; it’s also about business, mindset, and becoming a better man.
I have to say, Mark S. is an amazing coach. He always keeps me thinking about how I can continue to grow and improve.
In June, I completed my Alpha Reset with Neil and Steve, and it was an amazing experience. Neil and Steve are top-notch coaches, and that experience truly changed me.

Just completed TAM
Just completed TAM, and can’t say enough on my experience. Mike Brown spent time and listened to help me unlock patterns and actions in my life that I was completely unconsciously doing. I came in with an open mind and an appetite to learn and grow. I got more than I imagined and although I am a work in progress I have tools to be a better man, husband and father. Living a life with power and confidence is amazing and feel ready for what life throws my way. One advice for anyone going thru Activation Method, go all in, absorb and do, and things will happen better than you thought possible. Thanks Mike and the Team and other Brothers I have met along the way.

Amazing group of people whose sole focus is on the individual, releasing the tools we all have but have forgotten how to use them to help us be better humans. I highly recommend anyone to get involved with this process, as you will be amazed at all the things as men we suppress and how that really hurts you without knowing it.
