Sales team reached out to me when they noticed I was getting products shipped to Norway. They suggest to cancel the order so I could buy the same products from their Norwegian collaborator. This saved me a substantial amount of money and I was able to get hold of products a lot faster. Thanks for great help.

First-class customer service! I found a crack in the casing on my Thermapen One and contacted ETI. Within a day I got a response that they would send me a replacement, and after about a week I received my new Thermapen. Fantastic experience - truly recommend this company!

Highly recommended. The quality of their products is excellent and the customer service is phenomenal. Just an example: after years, the battery cap gasket on one of my thermometers was ruined, blocking the cap, which I had to force in order to change the batteries (damaging it), I contacted the customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement cap free of charge, even though the product had been out of warranty for years.

Wow... it is not very often that you get customer service like I have just received from the team here. I would say as much to say, they have shocked me to be honest.
I accidently order the wrong items and rather than send these items out to me, which other companies would have done, the team reached out to me to make sure that what I had ordered was what I actually wanted and when we established that I had made a mistake, the team went out of the way to explain what I needed. Truly shocked at the level of service provided and other companies should take note on what the team here deliver.
Will definitely be using them again, really impressed :-)

Fantastic experience with this Company! Retuned my trusty old Thermapen for service calibration and a replacement battery cover, wow terrific communication from them returning my pen within a week looks like brand new! All done under warranty, well I don’t know how long their warranty is! Mine I am sure was past, I expected a bill No returned back to me no charge. Terrific to see there are still British Companies who still value their customers and go out well beyond to give the best Customer experience. Thank You all at Thermapen highly recommend this product and Company!

Clear information for each product on the web site. Found it using Google. Had a problem trying to order online. Made oprder by phone. The two items were safely delivered the following day. Just what I wanted

Bought as a present for Christmas 2018.
Had very little use but thought the display was getting a bit faint. Tried to open the battery cover for the first time and found it was impossible. Either a manufacturing issue or the battery leaked. It was just out of warranty and on return Eti wanted to charge £20 for a new battery cover plus delivery etc.
Disgusting customer service as this is a manufacturing fault the the temperature probe.
Expected a lot better
Having the probe returned. Rather buy a replacement from another manufacturer than give ETI my money

I had an incident, possibly my own fault, causing my Thermapen to malfunction. ETI took it back for repair without any fuss and charged me nothing. The product quality is exceptional and the customer care is simply perfect.

Provided me with excellent customer support for a problem I had, and was extremely helpful and understanding. Even threw in a helpful gift :) Would certainly recommend!

Buying from EU, the website did not note that for a thermometer of 70€ a toll of 35!€ is to be paid. Only a day before delivery UPS sends an email to inform me of this. Expect to pay a similar toll in case you are in the EU and buy from here.

I have had one of their Thermapens for 1.5 years which I was happy with but the case cracked which caused the power to be intermittent when taking a reading. I bought a new one from them before discovering the old one was still in warranty.

They were polite when I contacted them but after returning it to them as requested to have case replaced they sent me an invoice for £33.50. I wasted the time and money to return to them when they had no intention of honouring the warranty.

Update - they contacted me claiming it was damaged by an impact, this was wholly incorrect.

Bought a posh thermometer (Smoke wireless) for my smoker. Fast delivery, good service.

After a few months, I had a problem with one of the probes. I contacted thermometer.co.uk about the issue and they have very quickly and helpfully arranged for a replacement probe. Excellent service, very happy to recommend :)

Bought a cheap home thermometer for less than £2.
Build construction was bad but totally understandable given the price.

The problem is how damn inaccurate the thing was - it was measuring over 10C in my fridge, which was just not possible.

After testing against another thermometer and in a bath of ice water, I found out it measures +5C, which is well outside the scope claimed in its description (+/- 1C).

I left a negative review on the website which never got published, despite confirming its posting through my mail as a verified purchase.

UPDATE: the customer service contacted me to provide a replacement for free, stating that the slow service was due to COVID (which is reasonable), so kudos to them. My review is still not published though...

ETI went above and beyond the call of duty!
Purchased several products from ETI (Thermoworks smoke, a thermapen and a couple of other bits) on several occasions. All went smoothly.

Then, my toddler broke the stand on the smoke thermometer, so I contacted them to see if they had a spare part. David N. immediately responded and sent out a replacement - free of charge! Thanks David! Excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service and a great product. I bought a thermapen 3 through Amazon. I was very pleased with it and used it for nearly 2 years very happily before the case developed a small crack in the case about 2 weeks before warranty ended. After some email correspondence with ETI I sent it back for assessment. I was hoping it could be easily repaired but the company sent me through a brand new thermapen 4 as a replacement. You can't beat that for customer service!

I purchased a thermometer from ETI Ltd, what arrived was clearly just a poor quality cheaply made item, however my experience with the firm was to get worse, they used the excuse of my purchase as a good reason to spam me, and as they use Amazon servers there is no way of blocking them and Amazon seem to ignore all reports of misuse!

Don't trust any site that behaves in this manner
