Do not recommend - very poor quality rugs
The rug was very poor quality: extremely thin and definitely not worth the price listed. It arrived in a very thin plastic packaging with the edges squeezed in, which meant it arrived damaged with huge gaps in the tracks at the edges. There was also darker fabric stitched into the white rug, this mark could be seen from far and added to the overall poor quality. Customer service helped with a refund, but that wasn't a pleasant experience. They were argumentative and extremely defensive about all the issues experienced, and did not apologise for the poor quality product and service received. But thankfully they eventually helped with a refund when I provided enough photographic evidence of the faults.

Do I exist?
Months on I still haven't got my new rug. Ordered it well before Easter in order to show it off at a family gathering. Seems I do not exist, according to the courier! I have always received whatever I have ordered before, and being disabled I do a lot of online shopping, this is the only site that has not delivered

Excellent customer service
I emailed the company to check when I could expect my rug. Within minutes I had a reply from Lucy. She explained the delay and offered an alternative which I was happy to accept. Rug received within days and completely fulfilled my requirements. Great value for money and excellent customer service from Lucy.
