The Rum Company Reviews

Tasty! I was gifted 2 different rums and both are delicious. Well packaged, personal and above all else, tasty! It was great to receive 2 I hadn’t tried before.
Top service!

Bought gift set for a colleague, constantly informed about where it was in the process, arrived on time.
Top quality product, would recommend them and use them again

Incredible customer service from The Rum Company!
I had previously bought a bottle of Beckford’s rum which turned out to be the wrong flavour with a different label, I emailed customer service and spoke to Ed, who was apologetic and offered to replace the bottle free of charge. I did not expect this to be sorted so quickly and not only that, it has been delivered personally by them all within a matter of days! I will definitely be buying from The Rum Company again.

Superb service especially over the Christmas period.
I had a panic over the weekend as I’d forgotten a gift for my brother in law, thankfully The Rum Company saved the day.
The parcel was expected to arrive Wednesday but DPD had delayed delivery. I contacted The Rum Company who promptly arrived (on Christmas Eve Eve!) and the parcel was delivered the next day. The presentation box is lovely and information you get with the rum is a great addition.

Excellent customer services. I had my order damaged and disposed of by DPD, I notified Rum Company and received a reply almost immediately! The issue was dealt with and replacement order sent out with in hours of my initial notification. Extremely professional company that values their customers.

What a joy to receive these bottles of mango and pineapple flavoured rum. This club is ideal as you get to sample different types of rum and decide if you like it before purchasing the full sized bottle. Worth the membership fee. I'm going to enjoy receiving more samples.

Have encourage my people to join Rum Co because I'm not sharing mine too delish keith(long!)Lynch

Ordered a special bottle of rum - kept informed about order and it arrived perfectly packaged within 3 days - excellent service 👍🥃

Couldn't have had a better experience.

Superb range of Rums that I have not seen elsewhere, delivered by hand the next day so I had them in time for New Year (luckily I lived relatively local). Unrivalled service!

Received the 4 miniatures in the post today! The packaging is very premium and the taste card for each rum is very unique. This will make a great present for my dad. Nice one Rum Company

Repeat order as the first one went down really well! Great change from the bottle of scotch I usually buy. Will get a tester set next for Valentine’s Day.❤️

Excellent service, Fast Delivery and Safe Packaging. I loved the additional touch of little cards with more information on your chosen drink.

Great customer service, speedy delivery and great product. I order 6 of the taster sets for my team and I was really impressed with the quality and presentation of the items. Great packaging and presentation box, there were taste profile cards for each of the rums (including suggested mixers) and amazing rum too. Would definitely recommend.

I’m always sceptical about buying from ads on social media...I couldn’t be more wrong! I did not have to worry at all with The Rum Company! They are fantastic!! Such a large selection of rums you don't find on the shelf in tesco! Unique presents for my family with such nice packaging...almost didn’t wrap them up for Christmas. Will definitely be ordering again :)
