Bought a couple solar lights but seemed to be having an issue with one of them not charging after a month later and wouldn't light up. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response from Nicole who resolved the issue for me and sent out a replacement straight away.

I have bought a few solar lights for our garden from Solar Centre and always been very happy with the products. I recently had a lantern that stopped working and have been offered a replacement. Ella has been very helpful sorting this out for me.

Have received 2 separate orders for solar lights and just made a third as we are delighted with the product!
Easy website and attractive special offers and helpful advice where necessary.

Was more than satisfied the way Nicole from customer service resolved so quickly the issue I had with my faulty solar light and issued immediately a replacement after showing evidence if the fault by photo. Highly recommend solarcentre as you can have peace of mind after your purchase if an unlikely problem should arise!

I had spent a long time researching solar lights but loved the design of the lights on SolarCentre. We ordered a couple of different ones and they are brilliant, literally. Unfortunately one of the lights started to malfunction. I contacted the very helpful customer support team and Ella was so sympathetic and helpful and helped us resolve our issue in just one email. A very good experience all around, highly recommended 👍

Only ever buy my solar lights from Solar Centre. The delivery is really quick and excellent products that last.
Had a problem with two out of the ten lights ordered and Ella resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. Two new lights on the way.

I ordered 3 x Grantham XL USB Up & Down Solar Wall Lights. One of the lights arrived with the removable cover for the USB port missing. I spoke to Ella via the Solar Centre chat, she asked me to upload a photo, which I did, and immediately on receipt of the image she arranged for a collection of the faulty product and sent out a replacement (both of which happened the next business day). The Grantham XL lights are very attractive and minimal and would blend with most garden schemes I would imagine. I'm absolutely delighted with them and looking forward to them being installed this week. The customer service from Ella was exemplary and totally took any hassle out of the situation for me and ensured I got the product I wanted. I will definitely be buying from Solar Centre again because of the quality of the lights and the excellent customer service I received from Ella. Thank you

We always buy our solar lights from the Solar Centre. The lights are superb value for money, great build quality with comprehensive instructions - and, unlike other brands of solar lights, long lasting. Their customer service is first class and their response time excellent. We will continue to recommend them to our family and friends.

I purchased a couple of sets of solar lights from here last year and they have been great. Unfortunately after the awful weather we had over winter one of the solar panels got water in. After I contacted customer services Nicole had a new panel sent out the next day, incredibly good customer service. I recommend solar centre!

I had a small problem with my purchase but Ella and Nicole were very patient, friendly and helpful. The issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely purchase from the Solar Centre again.

First time we have used this company and won't be the last. Lights are fabulous and had a problem with the wrong light delivered and the customer service was 1st class, Nicole was very helpful and had the
correct light delivered 1st class.

I’ve had my solar lights for 9 months. They’re really good. Unfortunately one of them is now working on and off (mostly off). I sent them an email. Ella was very quick to reply, and is posting me out a replacement FOC. Very good after sales service. Thanks

We had a faulty light the servic from Ella a the Solar Centre was 1st class & could not be faulted.

I purchased a set of 100 Elan fairy lights LED dual white with remote control. The lights worked fine for the first few days but developed a rather annoying fault where a small section of the lights did not work on the mode I wanted. When I used the remote control to change between lighting modes it corrected the problem but within an hour the section stopped working again. I contacted the Solar Centre who I have bought many lights from in the past and who I have to say have provided quality products in the past which still work! They were brilliant again and Ella was very quick at coming back to me. I only emailed them in the morning at 8.43 and 12.43 Ella responded, now that's service! They have offered to send me a replacement unit and no quibbles. Great outcome and I will definitely buy from the Solar Centre again as they obviously value your business and care about customer service.

Fantastic lights, have many and whats more customer service brilliant. Dont buy cheap alternatives mine still working since 2019

I have made a number of purchases from The Solar Centre over the years, and have always been very happy with the quality and customer service.
I experienced a small issue with my recent order and Nicole dealt with it smoothly and efficiently.

I have been using the solar centre for different types of solars for five or six years now. Their products are far superior to any other solars I have came across and the company is a pleasure to deal with. I had a rare and minor issue with a recent purchase but this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Ella ( thank you) and rectified.
I would recommend their products and will be a returning customer again.

I bought three firefly garden lights - very happy with them. I also bought two Trueflame lights which didn't work at first. So I emailed the company - and Ella came straight back with a neat trick that fixed the problem. They look more like real flames than I expected. Happy customer.

The Solar Centre was highly recommended by a friend, the lights they have purchased over the years are still going strong. We have wasted a lot of money for many years on solar lights that have stopped working after one summers use, so we decided to get some quality lights from The Solar Centre. Very pleased with our purchases, great communication regarding order status, delivery time etc. Customer support - this is how it should be! Straight through to a human with no long AI/ push button menus! Ella and Nicole resolved a small issue we had with one set of lights, again top communication, swift and friendly service, highly recommended AAA+++!!!!
