I have been dealing with this company for few years now and whenever and if I have any questions or need to contact them, Ella is always on hand with suggestions, advice and support. Nothing is too much!
My recent addition to my solar lights collection are Gemini XL wall lights. I was getting lots of compliments how nice the front of the house looks with my previous purchase so I decided to add more on the side of the house. Will definitely recommend the company and their products.

I had some items from this company and unfortunately one of them malfunctioned during the warranty period. This issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Ella and a replacement unit was sent out immediately. Would certainly recommend this company. Their customer service was truly excellent. Well done The Solar Centre.

Ordered Falmouth lights in May this year and after two months 5 bulbs stopped working. I contacted Solar Centre to advise and found Nicole and Ella to be most helpful. Replacements bulbs sent out that same week!
Already purchased Edinburgh festoon lights two years ago and they are still going strong. Amazing company, items sent out quickly, good communication and excellent customer service. Thank you!

We ordered some beautiful lights, one of which appeared to be faulty. We contacted The Solar Centre and received a comprehensive but simple guide to troubleshoot the problem, and ta-da we had light!

I have always been very satisfied with product quality from SolarCentre. Recently, a bulb in my festoon lights failed. I contacted customer service to order replacements (for which I was quite happy to pay). Nicole quickly found my original order, identified the bulb type concerned and sent me some replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I bought 6 solar spot lights last Aug but didn't get around to installing them. Setting them up this Summer and they didn't work. I contacted customer service and wow so amazing, provided my O/N explained the issue and they were so apologetic and sent a new set straight away. Amazing customer service and what you want from any company, how do respond when something is not right - These guys were Superb!!!! Will definitely buy from them again - Thank you team at Solar Centre

I have now purchased two festoon light sets from the SolarCentre. Excellent customer service and fast postage. I had a query and it was responsively resolved by the lovely Ella. Highly recommend this company.

I have the Lumify LED lights. First bought a couple of years ago and never had to charge. Just bought two more sets of 100. I lost the charger for my original set (cable connection end to charger has recently been upgraded so I couldn't use one of the newer ones. Ella in Customer Services promptly arranged to send one out to me. Highly recommend the product and customer care!

I purchased two solar lights from the Solar Centre. This was not my first purchase from this company and have always found the lights to be of good lasting quality. On this occasion one of my lights arrived damaged , I contacted the helpline outlining the issue and was not disappointed, their two associates Ella and Nicole were quick and efficient and arranged a replacement light to be sent

I have many lights from solar centre, and have always been pleased, but my recent purchase of festoon light developed a fault after 2 months. I contacted them and spoke to Ella, who I must say is excellent and a real credit to the company. She listened and dealt with the issue professionally and quickly…my replacement lights are being processed as I write this. I truly can’t recommend Solar Centre enough….and a really BIG thank you to Ella 😀

Ordered a solar light for my front door and it arrived on time. Product looks good and works very well. Had a small product issue - which was not the fault of SolarCentre - and they helped me out promptly. Recommended.

Bought some solar lights… well it is a solar online retailer!!

I’ve bought loads, as they are good quality and great prices.
One didn’t work! Quick email, fast response and quickly dispatched a replacement. Great human service, no bots, no droids, no AI, just great customer service from Ella and Nicole in their customer satisfaction department.

Unfortunately my Firefly lights stopped working as the battery connections had become corroded. Of course 4 months out of warranty, but was offered a 30% discount from Ella which I have taken, as they are so pretty.

This was my first experience ordering from Solar Centre and unfortunately it will also be my last.

I placed my order on 08/07/2026 and paid an extra £4.99 specifically for Friday delivery because I was hosting an outdoor party that evening and wanted to have my new lights installed in time. The parcel never arrived!

After having to chase them up myself by email and receiving no response, I had to phone customer services myself. I was then told that Royal Mail had placed a hold on the parcel because it contained batteries. While I appreciate this may have been outside Solar Centre's direct control, my contract was with Solar Centre, not Royal Mail. I would have expected a retailer selling products with batteries to have contingency plans in place rather than leaving customers waiting indefinitely.

They refunded my £4.99 delivery charge. But I then had to follow up with them an additional 2 times. When it became clear the issue couldn't be resolved, they refunded the full cost of the lights. However, that doesn't make up for the disappointment of missing the event I purchased them for in the first place.

Overall, poor communication, a failure to deliver on the promised delivery date and no effective solution when things went wrong. A very disappointing first impression.

Always shop here as good quality lights. Had one set lights with faulty bauble but spoke to ella who sorted a replacement out . Rately have issues. Items are packed well and sent quickly via royal mail . Thanks again !
