Working with this company was a real mixed bag. I had tax exempt issues and a timeline and because it wasn't a straight forward order I was juggling emails with 4 different people. That was extremely frustrating and time consuming. However, at the VERY last minute one of the very helpful reps came through with clear information that I was able to act on. It doesn't seem like it needed to be that stressful, but the lag time in emailing caused that. I miss the days of reliable, fast phone customer service! In the end I receive very nice stickers of good quality AND on time. So, the process stunk, but the product is good.

I tried to contact to you to advise you that I forgot to include the 10% discount on my order but was unable to email....and there is not phone number to call. SoI lost the 10% discount and not happy about it

I ordered 6 stickers in February. All needed reprints due to print head lines across all images. Got 5 of 6, had to ask again for the 6th. 6th sticker was sent and needed a reprint due to print head lines. Received a third reprint. Needed a reprint due to print head lines. Received reprint number four tonight with printhead lines. It’s the end of April. I am asking for a refund. What a waste of time, no quality control.

Feel a bit deceived. Six days for printing followed by up to 5 days for shipping is longer than I expected. Might arrive too late to be useful.

I have ordered stickers - custom die cuts, squares, bumper stickers, postcards - and they have all come to me exactly like they looked like on my screen, on the proof and what turned up at my doorstep. The one hiccup I had was a system error with a proof and was dealt with fast and didn't delay my project at all. A++ service and quality - I'm a loyal repeat customer.

Ordering on the website was so easy. Uploaded the file,paid, got a confirmation number. Next they sent me the proof. Approved it. 10 days later i had the stickers. They are very nice quality good vinyl an easy to peel. Highly recommend, an i will be ordering again from this company!!!

I recently ordered 2.5” stickers for Firefly Ranch from Sticky Brand and I am extremely impressed. The quality exceeded my expectations—the stickers are thick, durable, and feel very high-end. The print was exactly what I had envisioned, with great color and clarity. What really stood out is how well they hold up—I’ve had one on my coffee mug and it hasn’t peeled or come off at all. These are easily the best stickers I’ve ever purchased. I will definitely be ordering again!

I placed an order with proof read request. I never got any email, just several promotional emails. My credit card was charged but no customer response. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend to work with a company that does not value your time and effort. Very frustrating.
