Very easy to order. Uploaded my design and got a proof. Changes were made very quickly and I got my sticks quickly. Great process

Very disappointed with the turnaround time. The order has been taking way too long, and the communication about the delay has not been good. When you order stickers for a business, timing is important, especially when you have products and events coming up.

I understand that delays can happen, but this has been far too slow compared to what I expected. Other sticker companys with much bigger orders have a 3 to 4 day turnaround Hopefully ya can improve the processing times and communication with customers.

Best sticker out there! Great customer service, quick answer to emails, and the order experience was super easy! I'll be back! Love the DEALS!! Keep em' comin'!

I would love to comment on my stickers. Even though I paid for expedited printing and shipping it has been almost 2 weeks and I don’t have my product.

Easy process to upload images. Easy checkout, they don't charge exorbitant fees for shipping.

Quick,easy, affordable!

I placed an order for 100 stickers under their $19 promo to try them out. It’s been 18 days now. No stickers. The tracking said it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and hasn’t updated. When I email customer support they sent me the same broken tracking. When I point that out the response is, and I quote: “Note, we cannot guarantee shipping times.”

No empathy, what appears to be intentional short communication.

If their goal was to get new customers using a promo, what has actually happened was they lost one and now I’m writing bad reviews. They may wanna rethink that promo strategy.

I received an email to review. I made comments haven’t had a response and when I log in it says no orders in my orders

The website and customer service sucks. The order was missing from my account. I couldn't get a real person to deal with me, just a bot. The stickers were late, but did finally come in. They looked pretty good. Ordered again and sad that I did. got an email that the proof is ready, clicked on the link and it takes me to a blank page. My order is missing again! I finally figured it out: their website is built for a phone. My order is missing on a laptop but shows up when i log in on my phone. I still stand by the above review though.

There are now so many different companies that print vinyl stickers for a a variety of reasons, clients and customers.
I as, the first and only Stickertoonist, Sean Hoylarious Hoy who has made a living from the awesomeness of the sticker medium.
Annnnnnd The Sticky Brand is the best in not only quality-wise, but pricing, on time (if not early delivery) , a variety of specials and customer service second to none.
They bring a class and wonderfulness to the sticker industry.

Ease of reordering.

I was looking at your site and Uprinting. Both were about the same price and turnaround time. Gemini said you had better quality printing, so I went with you.

My custom stickers turned out great, but I also ordered a square sticker that had a QR code on it. The QR code was printed on the sticker and is not able to be detected by multiple devices. Don't use a QR code on your design that is being printed. I order 100 stickers with it on it and the printing of the QR is blurry and inaccurate.
