I love working with this company. They do excellent work. Sometimes there may be something not perfect with the file or maybe it doesn't look right when they get it and they will reach out to me to ask for a higher quality file.or to make a suggestion for the sticker design to look its best. I trust they will do the best they can to provide a quality product that I will love. They have proven themselves multiple times over.

Easy checkout process, most sticker websites make we go through multiple screens just for one sticker…you guys did great! Simple ordering process!

I love the manual proof for no extra charge. This puts my mind at ease instead of just ordering something and hoping that it comes out the way that I want it. I also like the sales 100 stickers for $25 and then a 20% off code $32 with shipping is awesome. I will be ordering more stickers from you in the near future.

Always have a great experience with the ordering process. Have never requested a proof as every project has been fulfilled to the design and specs in the note I submitted during the order. Highly recommend, often.

Stickers always look great quality service, quick service, durable stickers

Every time I buy stickers I regret the decision to do so. Like clockwork they bait and switch the production time on every order. It’s always days longer than quoted. You’d be lucky to get your stickers within 2 weeks of purchasing them. This is maybe my fifth or sixth order, each one smaller because I don’t think I can trust Sticky Brand. I only use Sticky Brand because of the Sticker Mule debacle. The quality is much worse, they cost more and the customer service is poor. Hopefully this is the last order I ever make.

As soon as I placed each order, I received an email confirmation. The stickers arrived quickly.

Wish you offered a larger discount or ability to break down a group of 500 pack of stickers to more than one design. Or offered a repeat buyer discount. I have spent quite a bit here, as the stickers are a great buy in some sense, also I know what I am getting. Being a repeat customer offers me no discount or rewards I have ordered from this shop at least 10 tens. need more of a bulk discount when ordering. $ 20 off 150 literally covers tax and shipping only. there should be free shipping offered at some point

I ordered custom text stickers that arrived with a major print defect: a graphic alignment crosshair was left in the exact center of the text, making the entire order unusable.

When I emailed them about this, customer service initially acknowledged the mistake and promised to rush a corrected replacement. That replacement was never sent. Over the past several weeks, I have called twice with no callbacks and emailed twice with zero response.

Because they completely stopped communicating and failed to make the order right, I had to open a PayPal dispute to recover my money. Poor quality control and non-existent follow-through on customer service promises. I will not be ordering from StickyBrand again.

I put an order in, they sent me an email to approve the artwork. But I can’t get into it.

The stickers took around 2 weeks to arrive from order date, and they are the incorrect size. I ordered 3 inch die cut stickers, and was shipped 4.5x2.5 inch stickers - not sure where either dimension came from. They're nice, good quality, but definitely not what I ordered and I'm afraid they wont fit in most of the packages I ship out without bending them.
