Horrible customer service. They only care about new customers and not existing customers. Customer service does not provide any help whatsoever except for automated responses. Then they send you an email asking to rate your experience for what if they don't do anything to correct the situation. Highly disappointed.

Stickers are great quality, there is no argument about that. HOWEVER, shipping is pretty dang slow. I expected stickers five full business days earlier than received, and I missed handing them out for the event. My clients tend to go the the Eleventh Hour for print deadline, but I had relied on accurate shipping time. It's frustrating to lose the client because of something out of my control. :(

Product was great, it would be a 5 but they are a little hard to peel off

It was easy to upload artwork, easy to navigate for special deals, and my cart held my items overnight.

The ordering process was easy. The website was super clear, and easy to use for ordering a Custom size/color sticker, AND the proof process was a breeze. It all went through within a few hours. I ordered from this company over others because they are a reputable brand and I've always received quality products!

Ordering the stickers was very straight forward and easy. The website is very informative and the uploading of artwork was quick and effortless. The pricing is good for what I ordered and I will definitely be back to order more.

The ordering process was very simple. I was sent the proof early the next day and was able to approve it easily. Can't yet speak to the quality of the stickers, but I am optimistic.

Ordering was easy enough. Only complaint is I recieved an offer via Instagram and wasn’t able to utilize it upon ordering. Even signed up for the “discount code” using my email and phone number and still didn’t receive anything. Nonetheless, would still order again.

I decided to place an order because of the great offer= 250 3" for $69.50. When I tried to enter thru my account, it had the 100 for $35 deal. Not as good a price. I went back thru the deal offer email and all is well.
However- easy access to my artwork would be wonderful. I have been reordering the same sticker, I don't know how to access the art you have in my SB acct for reorders?

There is no way to make any edits to stickers on your website. So, I had to use someone else's website to create, edit and then upload to Sticky Brand. You can't even see your sticker unless you request a digital copy. Mine looked fine. I used 300dpi and it should have been clear when printed, as that's what I do when I was ordering from another company. The stickers I received are blurry and a total waste of $66! I should have spent an extra $20 and stayed with the brand I had been using. BTW, the vinyl is nice, so that's a plus. However, no scoring on the back so people have to bend the sticker to get the backing off.

Ordered 7 designs. Haven't received the stickers yet and hope they will be as lovely as everyone says, but the process up to approving the proofs has been awful - like living inside Catch-21.

No one seems to read or respond to comments/questions in order/proof forms. A customer service rep responded to a help contact form promptly, but neglected to actually answer my questions over and over and over again. StickyBrand made big errors in two rounds of proofs (left a design off completely, did not make one of the requested changes at all), and took a day to fix and respond each time. That added 3-4 days onto production time, meaning I might not get them in time for a big event. I kept asking for an exact delivery date estimate or how to upgrade to 3-day production time if needed - questions ignored repeatedly. There was no option for me to upgrade processing myself when finally approving the proofs. The service rep finally told me after approval that she could no longer change processing time now that proofs were approved. My only option was to now pay an extra $20 for 2-day shipping despite delays being due to StickyBrand's mistakes and lengthy response time. In all, it has cost me a lot more than $20 in extra time and hassle to go back and forth with them repeatedly.

Be very wary of ordering here unless it's something extremely simple that they can't get wrong or you have no time pressure at all.

We order stickers to give to new patients starting treatment. We love that StickyBrand always has great deals and we try to order when they have the offers. Its super easy to place the order on the website, get the digital proof and receive the stickers. They always arrive quickly and our patients love them!
