It has been off and on during the process however it was overall great.

I was very reassured from Charles in October, their was no property tax due. The property tax calculation was completed and a resubmission was done a while after (Charles was ill so there was some delay.) We are now waiting on a refund from HMRC to return payment and them to review Charles submission of the correspondence. Overall it has been a good experience.

I called The Tax Faculty with a very specific and detailed question concerning Captial Gains Tax liability on the recent sale of a residential property.
