The course was informative and empowering. The people on the course were engaged and open with conversation, ideas and sharing experiences. I liked that it was staff from within the Trust, many of whom I have met or crossed paths with but never engaged without outside of our usual work pattern. This not only aids learning opporunities but allowed us to network with collegues within the trust.

Engaging, helpful course, delivered by an experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant course trainer.

The course is amazing, It's a very meaty and informative course, packed full of useful information, with the right balance of classroom, practical and conversation. You leave with a clear understanding of just how effective mediation is, why it is structured the way it is and the method behind it. Polly is an utterly brilliant Trainer. The way in which she delivers the course keeps you engaged and interested, which is essential given how much there is to learn. I couldn't recommended this course, Polly and TCM more highly. Thank you!

The trainers were knowledgeable and clear about the process. There was an excellent balance of input, discussion, practice, coaching and feedback.

The recent "Review, Refresh and Reassure" session was very great and very useful. I really appreciate TCM's strategies to support trainees that have passed through the company by the constant refreshers, sharing of current practice literatures and podcasts. Well done!

This was an excellent course for the people profession. I would like to see this shared wider across the NHS. There are limits when it is on MS Teams which is why I scored a 4 not a 5. It can be a bit clunky and can take time to get back in to the flow.

That said I would recommend this to anyone and would love to do it again :)

The team at TCM, led by David Liddle, are experts in conflict resolution. Their skills, wisdom, experience and insight are immensely valuable and are been generously shared. The whole team goes the extra mile(s) in helping us create and deliver a new and exciting approach. We love working with them and love learning from them.

TCM has helped us tremendously over the last months we worked together. They are patient and constantly learning as well. Great people and we’re glad they are advocating for a better framework everywhere !
